Any potential buyer, some supposedly negotiating for two years will have done their due diligence background checks, and know we are on the bones of our azz. If they have been around that long why wouldn’t they wait until we run out of money.

@Dietch, it depends on the price the bod are asking for, some pie in the sky £35 Richard price, which nobody is going to pay or if the buyers have done their background checks on the company and know if they string it out long enough we run out of money and they get it at a steal.

The bod couldn’t mine at a profit and that was only 2022, any buyer has to mine at profit including recovering the asset purchase price over time, perhaps it still isn’t viable?

And no I’m not hoping we are not sat on resources I’m looking at the reality of no one has bought them.

Richard you are talking about surveys of a region not our licence areas. look up the history of the Kimberley diamond fields, the gold rush. People made fortunes whilst others 100 yards away from a successful claim never found anything. If we are sat on a fortune why have we since July 2020 gone from multiple inbound enquiries to haven’t sold a bean, and about to run out of money. Yes there is a war but that isn’t going to end anytime soon.

@SJMorrison, that’s what they did, the 2022 accounts confirmed the bonds were still held, the Dec 2023 update states no longer held with no explanation. Where is our £1.52 mil?

We need to sell concentrate (at a loss) sell the assets or get a loan by November that’s 63 days. We had £1.52 mil of US Treasury bonds. The Dec 23 update just says we no longer hold them. What happened to the bonds, where did the money go? With sanctions it couldn’t get transferred into Russia. So where is it? That £1.52 mil was enough to keep us going for another couple of years.

And to take that a stage further, some of the more aggressive happy clappers on here are equally unpleasant on other boards to anyone who doesn’t agree with them. You reap what you sow. Richard and Ipaynuffin have proven my point with their most recent posts.

I think it goes deeper than suggesting that non holders are gloating. I have never experienced a chat room where those who expressed negative opinions were treated with such contempt, anger and constant belittling often with personal insults in the way it was done here by the happy clappers. If you didn’t agree with the happy clapper view you are a feckwit, small minded, uninvested, can’t see the bigger picture, constant insults rather than discussion. My opinion is it a natural reaction to respond to that when proven right. On other boards where the so called negheads opinions and the people themselves were treated with more respect, they in turn treated the happy clappers with respect when it crashed and burned.

Just looking across the various AIM chat rooms they are full of people justifying falling share prices with nonsense about golden tickets, when x happens if y happens we will all be millionaires. Simple truth is neither x or y never actually happens. The SP continues to fall and still the happy clappers slate anyone who points out the reality until there is nothing left to happy clap about.

The directors having shares just means that because of their incompetence the shares might be worthless but at least they can console themselves thinking about the salaries received for many years.
