hi all. "Solid RNS". Really? So SA thought " i know, we will launch and the share price will approach halving in value - that will be my plan for the board". or "i know, I'll do an RNS update and the SP will fall by nearly 20% after my announcement".

It's not a s solid RNS. its a "2022 will be good". But no substance there, hence the rapid decline. 43p..... how much lower will this go? It's been a very disappointing post-launch period. I keep thinking back to Feb/March 2021 before BRIGHT results.... i dont think people were saying we would be here.... so why should we now think "wow, that was a great RNS, 2022 sounds wonderful". Get real.

ok, this is a little worrying. Below 50p - and the market overall not down today due to new variant. The person who should we havent declined in SP since 75p must now accept this.... and now below 50p. How much further to go? Any reason why the market so disappointed and thinks the launch has been a failure? I have a feeling that the results tomorrow are going to be disappointing

The analyzer. For me, financial independence same as Jimmy's. Work without the pressure. And have a comfortable retirement. Aiming for as near to a million pounds in investments as possible by 2030 (and no mortgage).... when I'll be mind 50s and then do some consulting when i want or chill on beach/work from there....

such a bizarre share price movement. Next time it dips below 60p (if it does) will top up

yep, in 5 years my hope is over £2. and then may sell/top slice or just hold and see if the company gets bought. I have a portfolio (from a couple of well paid redundancies and then getting a new job straight away) and savings that I hope will allow me to be come financially independent by 2030.

Hmmmm. At what price do people think we should be worried? <55p? We are now 15% below the SP when the BRIGHT results came out..... (then was 67p). And nearly 20p down since height of soft launch.

And lots of sells today. The market is obviously not impressed and many short term holders selling.... How big is the danger that this becomes another low sales, stagnant optibiotix?

is that being a troll? or just disagreement after quite a long thread? You cant take that out of context of the entire thread which became quite heated.

Also, the company may well do a trial, with different strengths and then charge more for the higher strengths if passed/approved as a medical treatment for psoriasis..... so saying the company may do a trial is true... SA says that too in his presentation...??

Wall st investor (not sure i rate these guys) but thought would give a more positive view too. Saying +400% over a 5 year time frame. So over £2.00 a share. That would be good for us. And in line with my expectations as a probably LTH.

Farrris - No. I was done with the app because of COVID. It was done as a cosumer study as much cheaper and mucj quicker to market and a food supplement. Lower proce tp consumers too and less (way less) regulations to overcome. If it had done medical trials it would have taken years and cosst tens of millions of pounds, but then could charge more and do medical claims.

With the risk that it would have failed the trials (see sbtx presentation - the MD says as much).This was lower risk and quicker to market, with less regulation but lower price.

jimmy. i read the thread. The dictator is not a troll. Please be careful with language. He just disagreed with others and you. Also, there are people on there obviously investors giving equally "biased" views. he was simply saying that the BRIGHT study was not a controlled triala nd was a little weighted to people using it giving positive answers. That is true. Question: It was a consumer study, no real controls, unlike randomised trial design by pharma, why wouldnt a commercial company not give the trial design that would give the most positive results? Thats why they did consumer trial and not pharma.

So, quite rightly, he was saying the company has to be careful they are now not making unsupported medical claims. As they have do no clinical trials. All seem fair points and i can see why some investors dont like that. But it backs my thinking up (as a heavily invested investor) that the consumer trial should have been more positive given the free design the company could do.

lol minde. To say there has been no SP drop is stretching the truth a bit... its now 57p and was 75p just after launch..... True, it was actuially 5p just after the COVID crash.... so it depends on when you look at it.

However, now it has a product on sale, to go from 75p to 57p (neat reverse there) is not a success is it? Now, please, come on, just admit, this sint what you and some others who were saying this is going to go were expecting was it? Just admit that.}

I think it will be a slow burn and will need some advertising/campaigns as otherwise, like opti, the sp may stagnate and underwhelm holders.

erm... tesla/apple do now have that marketing budget. They didnt when they first started. They were disruptors. But I dont remember their share price going down by 25% in the early days after one of their big launches.

hi direcons. I'm happy as sbtx has gone up for me 400% since I bought. And now that they have launched a product, I think the SP will be bottom of 55p and I think there is a need in the market and sbtx is a "good" not "excellent" product. So should increase sales with good margins and so SP increase (but more slowly than I was hoping back in March before BRIGHT results)

i sort of agree with jimmy. I think the product is good and am in for the long haul. I bought quite early so have done really well. I just think the product is 6.5/7 out of 10 rather than 9. And i think it will take longer to get a foothold and subscriptions and sales. So looking at H2 2022 before real momentum starts. And I think the company will have to do some more aggressive advertising. The patient videos are good.... but you can always get patients who are happy.... we need to get the average joe being happy and that being believed by word of mouth

nearly a 25% decline in SP since soft launch is hardly a positive is it? Im no saying that long term wont get to £1-2 but will take much longer. I mean.... compare Tesla/Apple etc ... 25% decline after a product launch would be a disaster

lets look at some facts then. Rather than opinion. Soft launch: SP 75p. Just over 2 weeks later, 59p.

Quite a sharp decline .... back to where it was just after BRIGHT results. It's hardly a positive market response to the soft launch is it?

hi. Im sorry, the results were not exceptional. most patients had mild/moderate disease. And 72% felt it got better. "felt". so 7 out of 10. Normally in these consumer type polls/survey (the trial was little more than that - as no validated disease end points) it is normally 85% plus.... think Dove soap survey..... So.... in this positively selected poll, non-randomised, 3/10 would not buy the product. Then assuming another 4/10 thought it was ok but wouldnt pay the price every day... that leaves 3/10. Then assuming only half buy (very optimistic) thats 1.5. Then assume these dont buy every day/1 or 2 orders. All of a sudden low sales numbers.

The BRIGHT results will be less in a randomised controlled pharma trial... so the product is "good" not exceptional.... and the market has responded how it has.... the product will live or die now by word of mouth.... it doesnt appear to be taking off and its 3 or so weeks after soft launch and >20% down after the soft launch blip.

I dont think Stuart's wildest dreams have come true. Lets face facts. But could still be a good, decent slow burner... but SP will take a while to increase from here.... before BRIGHT results, people were talking £2 after results and then £5 when launch and momentum. No. Not happening

My thoughts are that the market is obviously disappointed on the initial sales numbers. But SP should hold around 55-65p. Fine. And then it will depend on how the first users think about how its worked as that will kick start sales - word of mouth and real market results. The BRIGHT study was a consumer study (not very rigorous or controlled) and even then the results were "ok". Should have been better given in effect it was a consumer study like the Dove soap bar...

I work in pharma advertising and i have to say as a positive the e-commerce website and layout and patient videos are good. So that gives me confidence in the management. Now its down to how well the product works in the market....
