What was owed to non-controlling interests at 30/09/18 is, today, only owed to those participants who are still non-controlling interests (Alba: 18.1%; Doriemus: 4%).

Those that have sold, have sold, and the loans been paid off as part of the selling price.

We've discussed those loans before, they are to non-controlling interests, ie. the other participants in HHDL.

Since 30/09/18, the number of those other participants has declined, as UKOG has bought them out.

But, obviously, it is for UKOG to ensure all participants contribute their share of costs.
