So, 6 months on and 6 months of discounting at 10% pa less, the net present value of the CPR will have risen.

It would mean the company is trading profitably and is no longer 100%-reliant upon the market for funding.

At the current share price of 0.80p, Angus is, therefore, standing on a discount of 1.27p to its 31/03/20 book net assets, ie a discount of 61.4%.

For myself, the obvious conclusion is that Angus is undervalued.

The 31/03/20 balance sheet was published just 2 days ago:

Total equity: £11.116m, ie. 2.07p per share

Total liabilities: £4.598m of which current: £1.589m; non-current: £3.009m

The financial crisis was different: the financial system froze, because nobody knew who amongst their counterparties might go bust next.

We're approaching the anniversary of the Brockham RNS of 28/06/19.

But it wasn't true then and is even less true today.

if you go into the annual report and look at the note on capital, you've got part of the story there: eg, note 22 of the 18/19 annual report shows the evolution of share capital for the 2 years beginning 30/09/17.

Not sure any RNS was required to comfort the share price rise - the share was and remains oversold, it was and remains perfectly natural that an upward correction should take place.

The London Stock Exchange shows 0.35p as the closing price when I google it.
