Angus had £179.1m of indefinitely available tax losses at 30/09/23 - imho there is no way they are not going to seek to use them if they can.

On the contrary, it may make them a very attractive candidate for a merger/acquisition in the eyes of another player, providing the deal can be structured appropriately.
