HHDL farmed-in for 65%, on the condition that Tellurian enjoyed a free carry until the end of testing (that's the way I understand it, anyway!).

PS: with today's acquisitions, UKOG has displaced Tellurian as the biggest holder in HH.

They own 35% of the site, HHDL owning the remaining 65%.

If and when HH becomes a production facility, Tellurian will need to contribute its 35% to costs and will receive its 35% of revenues.

Think the share price fall is due to investors reducing exposure to anything with links to Turkey, the effect being exaggerated by Summer doldrums' trading.

Don't think volume has been sufficient for it to be Bilgin selling down in any meaningful way.

The fundamentals and prospects remain unchanged, so, at some stage, the share price should recover.
