some interesting questions
on the bonus for the fat cats I dont mind it. huge Mcap required.
my only concern on this it that a rights issue issue is used to fabricte the market cap
although the specified share price of £3.95 would suggest other wise i guess
I am also no in favour of increasing the cost base
ref share purchased the business may have just been waiting for analyst changes in sentiment before gettting the share to create an appreciating assets. but i am not firm on this view.
Holders were told hundreds of times
God knows why anyone held this stock
It's a real mystery
Thanks for popping in guys and girls
It's time to Back your bags
Asda have a special on pit Noddles at present for any one short on change
How do you know I don't already have a short open since 80p?
;)
Suspension immenent?
It probably would reduce your average to be fair
But it would increase your holding
A d the share will soon be worthless
Bonkers got the first bit right
Just missed the last bit

I tend to agree with alot of this:
- shares currently priced on the cust of business collapse, well reflected in the asset backed valuation v MCap
- cost head winds easing
- circa -£15M/-£20M forecast losses in FY2023 & FY2024
- with a return to profit in FY 2025
- long term growth prospects in US market
All told these are bargain basement prices.
Might you catch a discount versus current trading levels? Yes.
But the recovery is underway.
Good balance here in my view.

what's your reference for 2026 breakeven
Most published analyst views have to make these types of declarations
I also belief every post made should require a declaration as to being long short or out and well as intended timeframe of investment the amount of misrepresentations on lse is huge I.e. people arguing for one thing but acting in another way such as day trading macro sentiment
Definitely agree this share was ramped hard on here. I recall at one time a new member was posting hundreds of posts every day for a few weeks.
The user then announced they had invested too much and couldn't take the volatility so sold their shares after a share price improvement of a few pence.
The mind boggles. I agree a core of rampers on here costs a lot of people money through the extent they dominated conversation. In my view this chat forum isn't well constructed from an it frame work and could benefit from a like / dislike ranking system to cull and prioritize posts to help the most constructive content to be accessible.
to be fair insider some of the decisons make by Mooky may have been backed by legal advice and an indication of acceptable liability in some instances. if you dont ask, you dont get.
could the action be directed at the new cashed up entity?
what it looks like to me is the dirtctors had a fairly good idea of the landing zone on this for a long time and kept it close to their chest.
honestly based on what has happended here it wouldnt surprise me if a huge move in the share price off the back of a misrepresentation could be sufficiently evidenced.
might be worth a punt & I wish those who lost out well on this.
Bonkers
A user who ramped all the way into administration without shame. What a disgrace
It really is truly incredible how someone could represent such a complete failure in every sense as a personal victory
Evidently the user hasn't learnt a lesson out of this and will go on to plague other boards with loss making commentary
At one point rampers started reporting negative views to the FCA as market abuse. The ego and incompetence of these rampers is almost unbelievable
