In essence we want to make sure that the transaction we undertake in Carlton is the best possible that has the potential for significant value and is financeable. Finding a transaction of this nature is time consuming and we are mindful not to enter into a transaction for the sake of it. The process for relisting an AIM company is very similar to the process we go through to acquire a substantial asset and so whilst not a good outcome in the short term we firmly believe we will ultimatley get a better result for shareholders.
