Fruits I have a lady friend whose passion was Tough Mudder before she got covid last year in Feb. She now has to take tablets for life (thyroid) and is still suffers from bouts of lethargy that just come out of nowhere. She was really fit before this so youth and health are no guarantee as you say. She's 41.
