I guess those surveys are necessary, active mining before November seems impossible to me...

In that case just 2 options,

- Mining rights gets prolonged

- We get a take over, what does not make any sense without drill results and just not enough time to set up active mining.

Just my two cents. I know nothing.

Then I would assume first drill in the ground before 1 Nov would be sufficient under terms "mining activities to have begun".
