Hi Ripley - I agree with everything your saying and I trust them to deliver, it has been a long haul and we should be coming to the end now, they could have done some things better but I'm sure every company could say the same. It doesn't take long to realise though that AIM companies need a flow of RNS's to remain valid and maintain momentum. I bought my last shares a few months ago at 0.52p, as a long term investor I should never have been able to buy this low, yet I am also happy that I was able to buy this low. I guess I'm talking about the difference between a good return and a great return. But when the science comes good then I guess it doesn't matter the starting platform being 1.2p or 5p..

Don't get me wrong they will make everyone a tonne of money, but could have made everyone 2 tonne of money if they slightly adapted strategy.

Whilst everything that comes out of Sareum is excellent, as ever, they don't sell it with an imagination of scaling to a hundreds of millions market cap company. Many, many examples of the years - latest one.. The formulation success for SDC-1801, excellent news and even got our chairman to tweet something he had to type instead of retweets. Yet we do not issue a separate RNS for this excellent achievement, when was it actually achieved...why not release when you knew instead of a line in the results. Poor value building strategy but very much the normal for Tim.
Sareum are just too conservative most of the time. Value will come, but it won't be from strategy, it'll be from his children (LTHs know what i mean).
On the flip side it does allow new holders to get in a good price and others to build their holding, but I've been building for too long now.
I thought the NEDs may enact some strategy for shareholder value instead of the normal, but it doesn't look to be the case. I guess that's what you get when you invest in scientists and not businessmen.
Hoping they haven't under asked for COVID research.

Predictions however, are for a modest £200,000 for lab studies only but the money is available, Tim and John should take advantage, why wouldn't you.

Note also that Scancell entered a consortium beforehand for manufacturing - we already have this sorted without entering any consortium.
Tim and John tick all the right boxes for preparation and it's clear and obvious they cut no corners with their/our compounds.

Scancell got enough funding available for the planned phase 1 trial, no reason to think that Tim and John are not doing the same but for a treatment instead of a vaccine. Treatment will have immediate benefit to recovery of the world, phase 1 trial for Sareum also planned to start next year.

Hoping the panic isn't setting in for those new investors, everything is good here and no need for panic selling.
Whilst waiting for the Q&A to be posted from recent presentation I read through the old Q&A and would to reiterate a few points and open up some possibilities.
1. Q12 asked about Sareum compound being used in muscle regeneration in China - Tim replied basically stating they had no involvement and the compound was bought from commercial supplier. It is not impossible for research organisations to be using our compounds right now in studies they are funding, I guess we wouldn't know until they release a paper.
2. Q19 asked when would large pharma engage with relation to SDC-1801 and SDC-1802, answer "Potentially, a pharmaceutical company would be willing to license programmes such as SDC-1801 and SDC-1802 at any stage, depending on the data available. However, the further we progress these programmes, the number of companies willing to engage is higher and any licensing deal would therefore be expected to have a much higher value."

Thanks BoilB, it's been years of following Sareum and trying to learn about the potential value, you pick a little up over 10year. To be finding Sareum now, or to even have found Sareum this year think yourselves extremely lucky. I've had the time to build a decent holding and it's about to pay off in ways I wouldn't have first imagined. Now - it's almost a given.

John reminded us of a few things today and when planning the presentation I think they done a good job of emphasising the important aspects.
TYK2 deals WILL go up as we advance, Sierra are now looking internal for SRA737, SRA7373 combo is 100% tumour regression, Chinese firm are specialists in the formulation field, we gave them IV with issues, they are going for oral with no formulation issue for higher dose. Remember Aurora+FLT3 is also a 10/10 100% tumour regression, problem, again is we can't make it strong enough, Chinease are not only solving that issue but taking it to the next step of an oral compound, benefits of oral over IV, use google...
As Tim has stated, we will find out when it's done - you won't get a warning for the upcoming news, apart from volume of shares prior (what we had very recently). Each of the multiple news fronts will propel the SP to new levels, timescales all within 3months. Not counting the COVID grant and the SDC-1802 paper which is overdue, and then the FACT that we are a first in class for cancer treatment using tyk2/jak1 with SDC-1802, again highlighted during the presentation. We now also have full patent protection on SDC-1802 so if they license this, which they are willing to do separate license for each compound then more money in the bank to progress SDC-1801.

If ever an example of how this strategy can work for large pharma then Sareum must enter the mix, 2 extremely talented individuals have created something of huge value while only spending less than £17million.
Imagine what Sareum could do with larger investment, since large pharma are pursuing COVID it may open more opportunities to start outsourcing some research to companies like Sareum instead of leaving it on the shelf.
The AGM couldn't be one to remember, if you can remember it..

The Investor meets company presentations came from us LTHs badgering the company for an improvement in communications, they will be a regular for each results so don't read into them too much.
But as always we do find out more that is in the results, so very worthwhile to watch, also be interesting to hear new investors opinions in Tims presentation and communication skills, but as I always say, the compounds do the talking and these professionals make them.

Can't see the Q&A option for the presentation tomorrow, last one we could submit questions before the presentation... Got an email from Tim today confirming, as per recent results covid grant due this month. He dodged the dexamethasone combo question though.
Hoping to be in good WiFi signal by tomorrow to watch presentation. But nothing new will officially be announced, it's basically to talk through a presentation bases on the results. We will get extra snippets as he moves off script but look everything is progressing as planned and discussions with numerous partners are ongoing.

Just looking into this today but initial evidence suggests a complete lack of reliable animal models for COVID.

The COVID grant, due for approval within 11 trading days as mornington has advised may see a surprise allowance due to the comprehensive data package we have pre-clincial and the existing safety, or lack of for baricitinib.

If Sareum had of been 6months ahead with the research and some safety data in humans then this would have been in COVID trials already imo.

The reformulation is specifically for the MTD, not COVID. Although it would give them another option. I'm not sure on the amount of data released for COVID, can Tim and John work their magic already on a modified version of SDC-1801, for the COVID grant, say SDC-1803.
Or do they need to test it with 1801 before making changes, perhaps both apply - certainly a question for the presentation. Once I've submitted a few I'll post on the board. They did get a good response last time.
