Imagine the wage bill at this company, and look at the funding they've had, compare that to what Sareum have built, fully patented. It's slow, yes, but go and try and get an investment and some equity in Sudobio.

We are but passengers on this journey, sometimes the tracks change but they're all going to the same destination. It's deciding when to get off which is the problem, it's certainly not now.

I don't recall a worse time for shareholder value at the moment, nothing they do seems to drive value. Stephen has a event in June but I'm not expecting that to bring an SP increase.

Their seems to only be 2 events at the moment that will increase the market cap, on license of 737 for upfront payment in tens if millions, or the license of 1801. 737 should be closer than 1801.

Really not sure what else they can do anymore, answers on a postcard to Shareholder Value, Sareum.

All the hype and no result, perhaps our strategy of zero hype will drive the results we need.

They've spent more on that single trial than the entire funds that have ever went into Sareum.

It's one of them Leggster, always regret not buying more when they are at bargain prices, it's been a while now though, when does the bargain not become a bargain.

Sareum need to get a move on and give this share price a boost.

$40m, Japan only and its not even a once daily.. Interesting license by geographic area though.

Add another 0 for worldwide rights, once daily and no MTD. That's at Phase 2 ready, mid phase 2, add another 0.

Hope you're well. The potential is whatever someone is willing to pay for it, as we've seen through historic deals with other companies, just keep saying No and building the portfolio, eventually they will get to a point of serious cash on the table. SP has shown he can get money in the coffers, diluted but its money in the bank. So why should he make a deal which doesn't fit, dare I say it, his view on shareholder value.. The BOD are sucking it up and getting on with the job, whilst some think they are doing nothing, it just shows the lack of understanding of their part to get a drug into humans and then licences. They aren't making and trying to sell a new protein bar here, this is the pinnacle of drug discovery, its some complicate stuff which we, as investors, are riding on the backs of Tim and John - now being led by SP, lets give him some time.

For me, once the peer review is published I want a 1000fold increase in comms and once SRA737 is fully back (end of month) I also want to see some increased activity in the PR department.

Someone made a dig referring to our great dealmakers in Sareum, I take it they don't look at our non-executive directors... Again these guys have stayed the course with Sareum as they also see the value, more than we ever will.

For those that stay the course, I firmly believe it will be a profitable investment. For those that don't, tell me if the grass is greener anywhere else. I've been and it isn't, IMO.

Nobody will be more frustrated than the BOD with all of this, the talk of milking it and kicking the can down the road, I don't agree. These guys could walk into any large pharma and make more than their salary at Sareum, with less stress..

Deals will be on the table, they won't be to shareholders benefit at the moment. That will change.

737 has not been in our control, now it is - give them longer than a month.

1801, John was clear with that, we need to show we tried to get a MTD, it's too clean at the moment.

Patent delay holding back the peer review, what do you want them to do, put the paper out then someone finds a flaw in the patent protection.. then this is really over.

Everything has been done for a reason with the end goal/plan to license for huge sums. Never mind stick to the plan, stick to the end goal, the plan should always be flexible. Adapt to the needs of your potential clients, oh wait, they did.. that's the whole reason we've been moved to a extended tox study.

The shackles will be removed once we see the peer reviewed paper and John gets on a few interviews.

The relationship here is inverted, the more us non pharma/bio people listen to John and think what is he on about, the better this investment is. Thankfully he is great at putting it into semi laymen's terms.

I think non of us know the true value of this at the moment. The market for 1801 is huge, you've just clearly been told he are 3 fold better than baricitinib.

Suck this low SP up and give SP a chance.. don't get the meaning of the SP's mixed, that would be unfortunate.

Not concerned, half yearly doesn't release new information, just a summary and high level look ahead. Drug compound made/being made which is an obvious step to starting further tox studies.

Further capital and SRA potential on the table. If Parker gets a deal on SRA737 all the haters will quickly convert.

Nimbus sold a tyk2 inhibitor mid phase 2 for $4 billion upfront and $2 billion in milestones. We are approaching a phase 2 ready compound and yet we publicly keep the lid on our own success, why? It was reported that “almost every biopharmaceutical company” was in the mix for the Nimbus asset at some point. With a stagnating share price would it be fair to conclude that those parties who looked at Nimbus and we're unsuccessful, are now talking to Sareum?

Hi gents, I also believe that the 737 move is the right one, increase in costs but we have the power to push this straight out the door on our terms. No more excuses and it would have been incredible frustrating for the BOD.

In relation to 1801 they've been clear on the path for this and clear that they have been directed down this path by someone. They need to make enough molecule then the tox will start.

Just got to watch this unfold and shareholder value will return, parker hasn't been in the role a year and we've got control of 737 and clear strategy for 1801, not to mention IIs at the table, even if they are forward selling some, they're at the table with an interest.

If 737 goes back out the door before Parker has been in the role a year then to me that's a success.

As always I would like more PR, parker hadn't really done a PR video since taking over, could be a good time to start to build the excitement for 1801 tox study results and the impact he thinks this will have.

I wonder if those who held their nerve when Nimbus was almost going nowhere are pleased with their patience... The market will wake up to what Sareum have soon enough.

We've moaned before about not having a voice at the discussion table for SRA737, thats now taking place on Sareums table. We've moaned before about a lack of institutional investment, we've just been handed another £1m for Parkers plans with SDC1801/2 and SRA737.

The last big drive in shareholder value was when we had continued investment from HNWI, now we've got institutions putting there hands in their pockets. Confidence should increase from these levels and if we can get SRA737 back out the door another upfront payment coming out way.

I'm assuming that it is just reeling off random names for people who are attending in general.

Otherwise if Tim has that audience I hope John is next to him. J&J look very interested and obviously Pfizer taking a look, all the big names are at this event.

I just wonder if that slight slip by John about the steer from partnering companies could warrant an RNS declaring their state of discussions. I mean we've been told that we have discussions with potential partners as and when data is available but this time, these "partners" are directly influencing the decisions of the company. It's not your normal discussions. We've changed strategy which cost time and money to setup, I agree with the strategy change but if you recall we already paid advisors for trial design, now we aren't listening to them and have went with someone else.. Stephen touched on decision trees, where was the decision tree for this? 1a safety data being overwhelming positive that we prepare for phase 2 immediately after. Or the decision to carry out 16week tox study upfront to support going straight into phase 2 on positive 1a.

Hindsight is of course wonderful but they are now being influenced by a currently unknown party. If we have a strategic partner making decisions and influencing the strategy perhaps we need to know.

I think we'll make a deal once the peer reviewed data is published, and in the meantime we're preparing the drug for what happens post deal.

I would like to see some PR rounds by John and Tim to continue with the excitement building. Bioeurope is the first part.
