Dflynch, very good, unfortunately it’ll be wasted, Kever wont get it.
Kever, At least you honest enough to own up and accept that your’e a Rat.
No, i wont be making a profit, i’ll be around break even. on thegreat scheme of things it’s no big deal.
Your reply gloating about 100% just goes to show how little you know and how small your portfolio must be.
P.S, lets see if the DCU’s are payed out in full. You haven't made anything until it’s in the bank.
Ronwoking, broomtree is a share holder, he knows everything you need to know about CA, just like HUR. broomtree guess what ? I'm also a share holder and yet again it's all disappointment they could have made a lot more money on the back of a successful HUR.
Simple, I thought I'd cut out the middle man, that's why I asked you the question, surely a family member or a neighbour of yours will know the judge in charge of the case.
Simple, If HUR had a proper CEO looking to grow the company we should have been well past the stage of relying on a single well. Over 200 million pound to invest and this is what we ended up with. The full situation stinks and it's a case of the little man getting Fked yet again. PI's growing the company and then getting hung out to dry.
Simple, So you don't recommend that I send my summery of the deal to the judge?
Yet again broomtree you’re talking out of your backside . Follow the money you say but you don't give advice.
The Dutch could possibly keep buying and once this goes private they’ll be no visibility, deals will be done behind closed doors, CA will not be hanging around for the full three years, IMO a deal will already be in place for their shares / DCUs along with other high volume shareholders,
The Dutch along with Prax will take control of this company for a lot less than the 12.5p and the PI will be left carrying the baby.
The Deal..
A guy, let’s call him Mr Broom, puts his house on the market for £300,000. Mr Broom also has £270,000 in savings. Two weeks later a buyer comes along with a special deal.
“I have a special deal you can’t refuse,” said Mr Snatcher. “Hear me out, I’m going to give you £350,000 for your home over a 3-year period. “
“Wow really this sounds great,” said Mr Broom.
Mr Snatcher rubbed his hands with glee. “Let me explain the terms and conditions. See that £270.000 you have in savings? We will use that for the down payment against your home!”
Mr Broom was all ears. “This sounds to good to be true! Tell me more.”
“I Would like you to go to work for 3 years and if you earn £80000 over this time period, we will use this money to pay the remaining balance. Here’s the special part, Mr Broom, if you don’t make £80000 over the 3 years, don’t worry, I’ll keep your house anyway,” Mr Snatcher explained. “Do we have a deal Mr Broom?”
Mr Broom leaped out of his chair. “Where do I sign?”
Mr Snatcher wiped the sweat from his brow with his chubby fingers. “Thanks Mr Broom, you know a good deal when you see one. As a token of gratitude here’s a score. Go and celebrate with your mate Kever down the Rat & the Clown.”
I’ve done the same, the only share i have left are the kids ISA’s, awaiting conformation from H&L. The only reassurance they can give because it’s a child's ISA they wont charge for setting up another investment account to hold the DCU’s.
Lloyds are useless didn't have a clue about this buyout. H&L confirmed that the’ve never really come across this type of transaction, only Maris the crook could come up with such a complicated deal.
Why have they made the deal so complicated is the question ? why withdraw from the market ? IMO something doesn't feel right and i’ve said before i think PI’s will get fkd over, the Dutch buyers will jump into bed with Prax through the back door and they’ll be nothing pi can do about it, you’ll have no rights or say when Prax take this private.
I called it correct with regarding CA, i said all along they’d shtt on the PI when time suited this deal has a similar feeling. good luck, i hope i'm wrong.
Kever, what i did see was a couple of Rats turn up gloating and posting a load of tosh trying to wind up long tern holders knowing that the majority will be at a loss with this deal. Luckily i’m not one of them. however, the likes of you and your mate broom-tree are lower than a snakes belly getting satisfaction from peoples misfortune.
Petethestreet, I phoned H&L, to be fair their non of the wiser and their stance was we have to go with whats written on the Scheme of arrangement.
Thats the problem, I asked, will tax have to be payed on shares held within a child's ISA ? How will the DCU’s work as child's ISA is not associated with a separate trading account.
I also asked why are you sending out letters without knowing the full details? I was advised the deal MAY be authorised prior to receiving information back from HMRC.
We have to take it that DCU’s cant be held within an ISA so tax will be payable, this 6 month loan on the DCU’s is a joke, The BOD are that incompetent they’ll issue them in June so you can't even spread them across two financial years.
Broomtree, Hopefully your BYE was sincere and you don’t even see this message. "not in the habit of giving anyone advice” … you certainly like to voice your opinion and bang the drum and insult people who don’t share your views.
whats it to you if majority of PI’s where against the deal why insult them?
Someone challenges you and your reaction is to through your toys out the pram. Keep buying these like you’ve stated, if you don’t give advice why would you even write that ?
People can see straight through your narrative, i expect to see Kever post very shortly for some reason..
Broomtree. I’ve looked at some of the shares you’re interested in, OMG, I’ll stick to my 5%, i certainly wont be taking any advice from you.
Broomtree, i’ll think i’ll stick around just read the BS you come out with. Do you really think people on this forum believe a word you say? You say your buying what a load of rubbish you talk, even the BOD have gone cold on this shtt deal. 60% guaranteed uplift and nobody wants it, price stays stagnated.
What a fool you are the share price says it all.
I’ll predict your only answer.., The dutch want in, their buying. How many have you bought today?
Received letter from Hargreaves today pretty much confirming that you cant hold these in ISA and will pay tax on DCUs if paid out? (gamble in my eyes) offering a loan note only helps delaying tax for a six month period, spreading the tax over periods, this only helps investors who don't already use their allowance each year.
The letter comes with the word may used many times.
: The DCU’s, MAY deliver 6.48p
: The Loan notes MAY allow a shareholder holding shares outside an ISA to delay payment for tax purposes.
: You will not receive interest for six months period that you hold the loan note. (But Prax will whilst they hold your money over this time)
If the DCUs are payed out in full and its a big IF, this deal may work for a few PI’s. 3 years for max return and for most you’ll be paying tax.
I think ill take my lot and put it into a 5% interest account over 3 years and guarantee 8.7p per share with no risk.
Not one member of this BOD can be trusted, IMO if you’re a PI and holding this share you’re going to get fckd over.
I see this deals done nothing for CA’s share price, just goes to show even their share/bond holders think this deal is a bag of shtt.
Kever, who’s emailing the Judge?
Broomtree, maybe there’s discussions and work being done away from a message board, has that ever crossed your mind? keeping it away from Rats who will doing anything to discourage putting a case forward to the judge.
Simple, don't forget you’ve got a flight to catch, I would hate for you to miss it. You can multi task cant you? Amazing … you must be typing whilst going through Blaise Diagne airport security.
You're that amazing I suppose you’ll keep us updated whilst in the air.
Simple, you quoted…
“ The family have been using the same law firm since long before I was born and is one of the top law firms in the country”
So the need for defamation lawyers runs in the family? I wonder why.
Fully Loaded, No spare cash, and you're having to wait 3 years in hope that this BOD and PRAX will deliver the 60% uptake. History says you’ll get Fkd over, good luck.
I’m sure with Maris in charge you’ll be ok, his so trust worthy.
Oldman, Simple can’t help you with this one, he’s already informed us that his legal team are tied up putting a case together to sue Senseman.
Kever, whys the share price still stuck here ? guaranteed 60% up lift in your eyes. why’s the BOD stopped buying? It was such a great deal last week. Have the BOD lost confidence? surely the BOD and yourself would put your mortgage on this guaranteed 60% over 3 years.. its a no brainer (perfect for you).
