On what basis do you determine they now have measurable disease? At what time was this learned? You're literally creating that out of thin air unless you're basing that on some RNS or fact? If so, can you link us?

Now regardless, if this isn't curative, like you say, at worst, the treatment is clearly showing the ability to create additional lifespan for patients and without the negatives of chemotherapy treatment. That in itself is worthwhile. Though like JHFH, I'm hoping it's curative, especially given patient 3 had no MRD post CAR-T treatment at the lowest available dose.
