Dividend day today, I would have thought there would have been some sort of news announcing this.

The only thing we definitely know are large buys and no price change?

Q1 next year may be interesting 🧐

Could be the new owner mopping up at a lower price in preparation for a potential rerate after take the over in the new year.

Dividend paid on the 7th Dec @ 1p / share.

Actual takeover Q1 2024.

That my friend is the full extent of my knowledge.

Personal experience tells me shares aren’t suspended during a formal bid considerations and due diligence.
