This will not be rising steeply soon, if anything it will be slowly going back down to low 30's hi 20's for the foreseeable future as investors and ii have now bought in to create the recent spike but will hold steadfast while NM does his stuff over the next 2/3 years for maximum returns. Nothing to see or do here untill 2024 so stop wasting your breath and acting giddy.
