I think we might all need to think about the questions we want to ask and what the bod possible answers would be for our follow up questions to already be unplaced so nothing is left up in the air

I might be being naive here but to me sounds like a good deal, 22 the bottom. Got a broker in that deals with ftse companies also. Yes they could flip the warrants but would it be worth it to them? Also bare in mind pyc are due to give update on data soonish so makes sense to have the broker in place ready.
Pyc and the broker and val to some extent must have a rough idea of data otherwise they would be getting nothing for their troubles.
Imo it can only be seen as a positive and an indication that the sp will be a lot higher than 22, especially when you take into account the pyc deal as well for works undertaken. Looks like the best way val could do what they need to without a placing and gives a good indication of the sp trajectory? Or is this just me that think this?
Seriously what company would take shares rather than payment if they didn't think it would be worth it. . . .

I'm being maybe a little naive here but if tils is currently trading on the nas as $1.61 with exchange rate its 1.18 would we as shareholders once converted not automatically have a price per share of 1.18. . . which is a hell of a lot higher than it is in the UK currently.

Or have I got this confused and it wouldn't be that high? If not why not?

I'm fortunate enough I've got at least 15 years that I can wait it out for. Am I gutted I bought high and could have got more shares for the money if I had of waited yes of course but I believed and believe in my research and the company and believe it will be higher than my average so I'm happy.

Also no need to call out my post - info in it was true I didn't place any values and I stated what was in the interview why do you care who's posts I want to read and how do you know it wasn't yours I wanted to read? Unless you believe your posts are twaddle and full of snipping hmmm.
