Hi losecontrol - I think you are wrong ?
Halifax are still asking if we will accept the offer from Inframobilty. It says they have agreement on only 81.7% of the shares, and they have to get to 90% valid acceptances or the offer lapses.
I continue to not accept the offer which I hope will lapse, and we retain our company - which will prosper
Craig30 - this is my take on it
- perhaps someone else with deeper knowledge can respond
If they don't get valid acceptances for 90% of the shares they cannot compulsarily force sale of those shares outstanding, so what happens in that case to shareholders ?
Anyone ?
Can’t ever see 12p coming again
Anybody know what salaries our great leaders are on currently
Can someone please explain:-
The RNS said that more than 75% threshold has been reached, so the company will be sold. Yet in the announcement they are still stressing the need for shareholders to formerly accept the offer for the shares from Bidco
-why so if they already have acceptances over the threshold ?
More free shares acquired
Like turkeys voting for Christmas to be cancelled forever
Will the sale go through, it seems they weren’t on track to get enough shares
Seems Bidco now have shares and offers of shares totalling about 30% of SGC
What percentage do they need to make the sale go through ? Thought it needs to be much higher than this
I would prefer not to sell mine
Was interested to take a position here after following for over a year, but it seems the Halifax won't let me.
'we no longer allow investment in this stock'
Anybody advise why (and what happened to the holdings which people used to have ?)
Hi Plasterer, just wondered:-
-was it busy in Lincoln
-were the shelves all fully stocked
-were the staff happy
-has it had the makeover
You’re right Oakey - running out of time
Seems BOD spent most of their time working out how to write rns’s and tweets to keep the whole show on the road.
We’ve been taken for a ride and it seems AIM no possible redress. Surely a competent business barrister could take a look at it for all us pi’s if we all chip in a few quid ?
Good to have another product to sell, but not really ground-breaking
Would be much better if it was an essential structural product which needed the increased strength of graphene additive using smaller amount of concrete, rather than just an expensive shed for trendies.
A sale of concrete arches would have a much greater effect on the value of the Co.
sorry bit negative but +tive Covid this morning and explains why been really tired last 3 days.
Yet another letdown by an AIM company (the list gets longer and longer, also in NYCT and a few others now and previously)
Whether you believe the Company to be incompetent or even playing fast and loose with timely disclosure of the facts,
it's still pretty shoddy treatment by DHSC (HMG) after all the encouragement. On the face of it we have done everything possible in good faith, to prepare capacity for the tests we would make.
It's '.Gov' who are the bunch of charlatans, and I strongly suggest all holders take Maximillion3's advice and write to their MP
as I have just done. (Last time I wrote to him was about how we were cheated out of our company Sirius, by another charlatan Chris Fraser.
Well big falls here today, more than for the general falls seen in the rest of the market,
down due to the self-isolation of Boris & Co.
Will this company ever come up with a product using their Graphene that can be sold ?
5+ years here and well down at the moment
Ha Speedy - don't even joke about that crook
You could tell by the shifty look he always had in his eyes
Unfortunately I believed his bul.....* instead of my instinct !
SHC, sorry didn't read your msg well that is was specific abt RNS timing to FID.
I was just making the point that positive RNS's can lead to investment decisions which can ultimately turn out in disappointment (frequently on AIM)
I bought CHAR after positive newsflow in 2018 (not realising that we were run by a 'dinosaur)
and have so far been disappointed.
Let's hope the change of direction brings us what we want eventually.
