Not an instruction, but how I am playing it at a slightly lower av than you is sell at 2p giving 50% profit. Wanted 100% but this just hasnt picked up how I thought it would. Risk of delist by 20th of month, but most shares bounce around in these circumstances so optimistic of hitting my target. Good luck.

When company is in an offer period, all dealings by those associated with either the compny or those bidding for the company must be disclosed. I would suggest that 33000 shares at 12p is not in anyway significant, whether its short or long. Appologies if you already know most of this.

Well traded. Im too greedy though. Bought mine to hang on till 2.6p, 100% and out. Reckon it will do it sometime tommorow.

Very interesting. Cant believe this 9m shares hasnt been planned for a while now, so in effect announcement this am was tied in with it. Cant be many shares now in circulation, so IF there is a demand for them then price rockets. Have bought this am just in case, cant see them much lower bearing in mind that buy. Good luck.

No they cant force you to sell, but if this proves to be the only offer they have two choices. Put it to the vote or reject it. If vote is to accept you get 6p. If vote is to reject sp tumbles(imo). If they reject bid sp tumbles(imo). Hence reason I think now is a good time to cash in at 7p. SP before bid news was 3.9p and thats where it would go back to if bid rejected. Only my opinion. GL all.
