The delisting signal to me that New Dawn would rather just absorb CAN rather than have it as a stand alone company. I dont see the advantage for ND being 90% shareholder in a private company, as this precludes a major avenue for future fundraising, ie issue of new share through the markets. I have spoken with a mate this am and his view is there is good news here and they want to take all the shares back in house to maximise profit, this is only a guess though. Interestingly you cant buy any this am, cant even get a quote on NT.

New dawn own 80 odd percent and are floated on Canadian stock exchange, so no point carrying expense of aim listing, just will be a takeover or share buy back of balance of shares imho. Could get good price to avoid ructions, could get shafted.

Now thats clear any further buys should tick sp up. If there are any, lol. Worth the risk imho.

Someone taking £3-4k of these more or less everyday for a while now, staying under the radar but builing a significant percentage of those shares available to PIs. I am sure somthing is brewing here. Ramp over.

Just checked their website, my 11 yr old son did somthing similar as an ITC project, only his was better.

This is worth a look. 89% owned by New Dawn mining, hence very few shares in PI hands, two mines re opened in Zimbabwe, production just starting to ramp up, POSSIBLE improvement in political situation, heading back up to 1.7p spike end of last month imho, worth a look, ramp over.

In how it can all come tumbling down. Dont even need a duster.
