DNO are tightening the screws. A raise at the end of the offer period may get them over the line.

Absolutely. They keep trashing Faroe but they have extended their offer by 14 days and have received acceptances for a further 14%.

Reading recent RNS, there is still the issue of financing now that the death spiral facility has been closed off.

Today's announcement of the joint venture removes one possible bidder next year.

DNO have offered 152p per share, offer closes January 2nd. They need to get 57.5% of the issued capital. I will be very surprised that they achieve this.

I imagine they would arrange for a sale of their holding to other institutions to avoid a disorderly market.. if they decide to disengage.
