Additionaly as mentioned in the HY results, discussions with German rail PTA"shave progressed significantly since the arrival of Brian Egan & Phil White, with a positive outcome expected in the coming months.

Finally with proceeds from the school bus sale the company has sufficient liquidity to meet maturites through H1 2027 in addition, the majority of our RCF has being extended to 2029.
