But I have a very simple question, everyone will know the answer except me . How is the Helium forced into the Tankers and other places. Oil, Water, uses pumps. filling Beer barrels uses gravity.

Toffers, quick answer at the moment. I like lots of people take Ramapril each day for BP.which works for most. I do find a soak in a hot bath relaxing tends to bring it down. Although I do think it is often controlled by the mind.Try to not stress about things and imagine laying on a tropical beach or somewhere nice. and think calm. Remember you can sit quite for 5 mins. befoe taking BP.. Try relaxing then take it again. if it comes down even a bit, it encourages you continue along those lines. hope this helps.

At least your Consultant is on the case now, and MRI ( using HE1 ), are very good at spotting anything abnormal. Which can then be treated, often with drugs.
