Can see where you are coming from - I just think of they can buy into some good projects that need the capital then it will be a win for both companies.
Having said that, yes I would love to see Zephyr selling their own production and 36-2 sounds like it could give them some good revenue and then a build out of their development plans.
Very excited to hear what they have to say this Thursdsy.

will stick to their strategy of increasing non-op assets to possibly buy in to sizeable projects and so have a larger and increasing income stream from parallel production.
Other production will then come from the Paradox once they get everything in place and it will be exciting to hear what CH says 're further development plans and any new news they might tell us about this Thursday. Very much looking forward to the presentation.

They will need success in the first half of the year with the Argentina workovers then Paraguay drilling starting. Then in the second half further drilling including the drilling of the gas prospect.
Then there is Atome. Some good projects but I would like to see more.
Then there is the umbrella Green House Capital which seems to cover a number of possible projects and finally Lithium - which PL has taken responsibility for so it will be interesting to see if he has still got his deal making skills.
Hope I am being realistic here rather than delusional!
A good breakdown will help all the above.

Yes looks like NT-2, 3D Seismic and the GSA Are the three things near term.
NT-1 will follow CH-1 and both are later in the year.

The sad thing is it seems like I've heard these things before. A number of years ago acquisitions were to be made to increase good but they haven't happened. When Paraguay was found to not hit oil OK said he got it wrong but next time they would get it right. However, we then find out there is a 17% chance of success!
It w would be good if substantial progress could be made in Argentina but now that responsibility appears to have been handed over to a colleague.
Atome looks a decent company but they don't appear to be getting lots of deals in and progress is relatively slow.
Lithium.Seems to be PLs focus along with Green House Capital but again that seems like jam tomorrow. OK is good to listen too but with this current setup of companies I think it's going to take time to show decent progress. Fingers crossed that happens across all companies in the group.

I was hoping the deals like the one they were considering 're the long lateral some time ago might fill the gap between now and major production from the Paradox of you get my l ogic. Hence we would build more revenue between now and then this reducing being in limbo until production is on line from the Paradox. The good thing is I think the board will have been thinking about these things too.
Further along with the test results from 36-2 we will get the bigger picture with the field development plan. All goo s but just that bit of patience required.

the 36-2 well will take a while before we get the rest results. I think the quarterly Non-op results come in 46 Days after the quarter - so mid May or around that date. Like a few posters have recently mentioned maybe use of Twitter in the interim would prove useful.
The company have in the past surprised with other news and deals, so maybe will get other updates. In my opinion where the company is now is at a little bit of a limbo stage but once the infrastructure is sorted production will increase and the company should move up to a different level!
It's at this sort of time when I would hope they could buy into larger non-op assets to get the revenue ramping up.
Time will tell but I think with the Board's knowledge and experience wouldn't surprise me if we get some more new deals.

I'm happy to be here and have always seen it as at least a 2-3 year project to really get the sp moving. Rainbows are temporary but the wells are very much real and will all be adding to production. Am happy to wait to hear what the production development plan looks like.

Must admit 're a development plan I thought we were going for more drills and I remember the 10 wells being quoted. It seemed to me that, for whatever reason they backed off from that. So I will be very interested following the results of the 36-2 results to hear and read about their future development plans.

Really good to listen to this interview again RickshawR to get a sense of where they were a few years ago and their aims and what they already have in place(eg the 3d seismic, the board with it's experience and knowledge and the commitment the board have in terms of their own shareholdings) and to compare all the good things they have achieved so far.
The production deal feeding into their capex.
The increased acreage.
The ownership of a higher percentage of that acreage.
Continued funding from interested parties and tax losses they can use.
Two wells now drilled and awaiting further results - one 36-2 sounding like a prolific well with test results due before not too long.
Learning all the time.
Have a company in place working alongside them looking for excellent acquisitions as and when they are the right ones.
Pipeline on it's way and I noted in the interview one of the key things CH mentioned as an aim was to get production moving as soon as possible.
Not a bad list is it?

sounds like experts in the oil and gas sphere are talking of bopd prices heading back up to 100 dollars per barrel later this year. It's sounding from what they are saying that this will be caused by demand picking up whilst supply remains fairly static. Will have to wait and see on that one - so whilst not so good for us at the petrol pumps it might fit in well with Zephyr selling oil as the year moves on.
