Absolutely nothing to base this view........ but I think this is about to show some decent growth. Ive noticed a few good buys, and the sp has defied usual FTSE movement (part due to low volume.) But "someone" knows more than the rest of us and is buying. May be a buy opportunity under 65? Ive held these for so long now that I just feel they are in for a move up. Roll on April 2nd. DYOR and good luck.

Can't see 250 anytime soon unless FTSE problem. I understand that profit taking has resulted in today's fall. Good confidence shown by Director buy announced today. Looks like steady rise, but unspectacular.

should recover to 310 soon. Better second half profit.

Sp has been moving up steadily in anticipation of results. We have no data to base any real estimate, but I guess it will show decent lift. Someone knows more than the rest of us and sp has shown as bottoming out after a torrid few months. No more than guesswork, but I see this looking positive.....

Looks like the share issue has not gone down too well, but it's early days.

Not sure about the share issue to part fund this deal. OK if new revenue stream supports comparable growth in eps, but otherwise its a dilution of sorts. Overall, excellent trading results.

Without decent core growth this will always happen after results. Also comparisons with last 2 quarters last year showing growth is not comparable to weather last year! GRG essentially need core growth year on year to support SP growth

Looking more positive. Perhaps better news than feared! Back in modestly today as I see upward trend leading to full results that should be out by April. But still apprehensive......PER is an enigma.

Agreed. Im back in at 386. IMHO this has bottomed on current trend. Expect gradual SP increase to around 400 by mid March. Let's see where it goes after that.

2nd April. Misses April Fools Day I suppose. Interesting to see what happens in the lead up.........fairly stable so far.......but who knows! Got to feel positive based on all facts made available to shareholders. Im holding on.

Dip in some housebuilders today was a reaction to the American dip in housing starts in January. Typical FTSE over reaction....... The UK housing market is very buoyant. Lots of new build reservations and completions likely. BWY are strong with great 2014 potential, assuming no intervention to control prices or mortgage cost!

Noticed the 10k/ 15k /20k buys recently? Someone has confidence, perhaps knows what current trading is......if only we all had that benefit. I reckon about 4 more weeks before the CUP board share with us. Hold on....

P/E of only 15.74 on today's SP. Prospects positive with outperform rating. ADN should move back to 500p by June. I'm holding; did not sell at 425 as I see a big light in the tunnel.......... (But set SL at 400 just in case!)

Too negative now. Im out. Perhaps after RNS the facts will be clearer and I may reinvest, but for now my SL has kicked in. Something has happened at PER that is worse than the last RNS. Or shorters are confident it will head to 200 before 4th March We shall see.

Trading update is very positive. Current P/E of 18 looks cheap! Got to see SP move up today.

Should be positive. Expect this to move upwards, but in a balanced way. Whilst housing market is positive, BWY will mirror trend without the turbulent rise/fall of other house builders. Future of UK housebuilding is good for now. Recommended for a safe, if unspectacular growth. And a divi!
