VAST and SAR are hurting me... I halved my holding in VAST when it started to drop and took a big hit. The remaining half has taken an even bigger hit. Not large amounts but still fricking hurting my p/f. I'm beginning to understand that you can't approach AIM like the ftse 250,100. In my opinion playing on AIM, take the profit when it rises because within an hour, day or week it's back where it was unless of a great RNS. Not sure what other people's views are or investing/trading strategies are. I know you trade on sentiment, some TA, little research and mostly for the adrenaline...;-)

Reducing...;-). I had too much in aim, so mixing it up a bit. What adrenaline shares did you ride today? PROX is up a little.

Currently maxed at work so my time on here has been limited. I will revert to normal service soon because I see Laks is having an easy time at the moment...;-) I see walkie talkies is up...;-)

Just scanning some boards and I noticed you're on BEM. I decided to take the profit and run this morning. I was going to stay in longer but trying to reduce the shares I hold that involve digging a hole to find an asset. Just wanted to let you know seen as I suggested taking a look.

Morning! Might sound a daft question but to look at the Gold price do use the "24 hour spot gold" buy price? e.g. http://www.kitco.com/charts/livegold.html Or is the another way to check this out?

We were sharing shares a few weeks back and I mentioned BEM and I bought in. Waiting for news on the concession but it suddenly jumped 7% today with most of the Swedes buying up the shares.. we might have some traction. I know you like short term. Personally I'm going to hold for a while.

I agree with that, SLP down as well. Both HOC and SLP are now in the red for me. In fact, I only have one blue at the moment... AST!
