I noticed that. They were only negotiating trades for that amount the other day. I get the impression that patience is the key with this one. Interim reports definitely didnt read as a company in trouble. We may well be smiling in a few months time!!

Gas Storage may well be a big thing coming up but with gas demand down by 8% and Portland's lack of gas capacity rights this will not be up and running for at least 3 more years

National Grid's revenues are linked to RPI. If RPI drops then their allowed revenues and potential future profits drop (ish) All depends on whether the things that they purchase drop as well? If so profit will stay the same

I have read their name in the half year report. Have they not just made a large offer for another company? Could be something to do with that?
