What's going on today? Sentiment? Leak? We know CHAR is a leaky ship so I wouldn't be surprised if we get a RNS on Monday. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if we don't. It's a welcome change to see some interest all the same. ATB for 2023 chaps.
I'm still surprised we are sub-20 especially after the RNS yesterday about the tie-in. I topped up another 30k this morning on the back of that news but I think we will have even more time to stock up the way this progressing slowly. I am gobsmacked the market is still not jumping all over this. I don't expect any surprises from the AGM but a progress report would be good. The Char PR machine is still in first gear.
Jimmy,
I'd be surprised if the FEED takes longer than 3 to 4 months for a subsea project like this. That would mean it would be completed long before end of this year. The FID would be next but that involves finances being in place I guess, in whatever form that may be.
I'm still here KB but I've been taking a step back the last few years. Been burned several times and risen again and I hope this time we are finally gonna reap the rewards. It's been a long 12 years and several D's but I'm still keeping the faith.
I am surprised the CPR did nothing for the SP. Is everyone waiting for the FID? Surely that's a given? I'm pretty sure they know how much development costs are gonna be, ball park anyway. The FEED should be completed within 2 to 3 months or so. Will the FID be straight after that?
I've been in CHAR since 2011 but come Monday I'm selling up and loading more here. I have a small holding here atm but hoping to build on that in the coming months. I have a good feeling about this company. It almost feels like CHAR in the old days before all the dusters. GLA.
Are you sure it will go North? Really? This will kick off CHAR 2 on the back of good news like we haven't seen since the early days. We are sitting on a Gold mine. If the Board get the right deal we will be happy bunnies.
It's all about sustainability. The recent dramatic rise was driven mostly by sentiment. We know the Anchois field is desirable and will more than likely go to production but without solid news the recent rise is prone to a drop in sentiment.
It's been a meteoric climb and we all know who loves a Friday! Any good news along the way could send this into the stratosphere. We are witnessing a phoenix rising from the ashes that LB left in his wake. GLA.
