Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I'm still an optimist in relation to Cyan hitting the 'heights', but this rns does have a faint air of desperation about it.
Interested to know why there are so many 'unknown ' share purchases or sales now. A few months ago there were the odd one or two but these days they are now a regular event . Is it really to hide what's going on? Just wondering if somebody with more experience might know the answer.
That's great,
Thanks Tony
Seems to have been received ok ish by the market at the moment anyway, tho can't access the report myself yet.
Wahey CB . That's my new word of the day . Ta
Blimey Tony, you said it would make 7p by the end of the year a few weeks ago and here we are!
Happy New Year to you??
They do appear to be very good appointments and are either indicative of potential imminent business ( which I can't believe it is or Anil would not have left) or if not then they must deliver as such in a short space of time. If this doesn't happen it will just be the same old story!.
I just wish to hell the company would sell up at 10p a share and put us all out of our misery
I think there has been a shift over the past year with CC being a lot more circumspect with their communication and not building up expectations by announcing potential contracts / business prior to actually getting these as binding agreements ( Ukraine?). Whether this is due to the change in the board with JST joining or not I'm not sure but is certainly a more preferable strategy. I'm not advocating any share holder uprising as yet !, certainly not in the current climate, just letting frustration boil over.
The lack of any sustained increase in sp after relatively good news really does show the lack of trust and belief in the board of cc from the market. There needs to be far more evidence of progress. I'm still an 'optimistic holder' and will be until I can get some sort of return then I think I will be making some sort of exit.
Well that looks promising, if it had been yesterday I might have thought it was an April fool joke.
L and G still dumping?
From an earlier RNS not so very long ago which to me reads as if no extra finance is required or am I misunderstanding this.
"In addition, the Board believes it has sufficient funds to execute its business plan for 2019 and reach cashflow breakeven"
So was this a totally misleading statement or have things gone downhill drastically
Yep TillyTish, says they're in the same boat as the rest of us except they are merrily rearranging the chairs on The Titanic whilst we are slowly disappearing beneath the surface with no available lifeboats.
Blimey. I see flybe shareholders got 1p per share when the company was sold.. Are we heading in that direction. !!!
Its good to get recognition and i believe CC has a good product but at the end of the day the share price is down 60% from my purchase price . It just seems to me that the board need to pull their finger out and get a flippin move on.
I thoroughly appreciate all the comments about 'sells'. I guess they all support the fact that the AIM market can be a huge risk and a potential grave yard for investors or a gold mine or even both. I'm still a believer that CC are on the way up but might take out insurance to cover possible funeral costs. :)
I know I'm relatively new to this game but why the hell are there so many sells when everything is obviously looking so promising and the chances of the sp rising by large multiples is highly likely !
Well. I've only been on board for two years and although I rarely comment, reading the chat has been an education. not a good one, but certainly an education. I hope it doesn't go all pear shaped as its all quite entertaining.
