you need to take a look at CHAR - discovery and they equity raise - months on and people like you who had been crowing about how the banks will be falling over themselves - well - it ain't that easy - never is - don't give false hope. Of course if it commercial it makes it easier but you just don't get a wad of cash on your door the next day - get real

thats a bit naive. what happens is commercial interest want in cheaper - and if they smell you are running low on cash use it as leverage - wonder why you had never realised that?

jimmy I certainly don't want to join in on the placing will happen side - esp at 12 p ! but with your knowledge of the industry do they have a good cushion for the next 6- 12 months with the money they have from the last raise - how easy will it be for parties to much the timeline on so Char is more exposed and in need of more funds across its portfolio?

that £20 odd million raise seems a while away now- any idea about cash burn and when they - we - will need more - seems like any suitors may be happy to let it run down for leverage
