Yes I ignored post Elir it seemed silly the power is in us as share holders to use our right to vote where possible for or against things such as preemption and executive powers. Personally don’t think anything should ever be allowed to be given without existing shareholders have equal playing field to also buy

JV is our best bet next personally placings I would prefer if we need the cash for moving the company forward rapidly as we ramp up exploration guaranteed money all at once not a conditional option to buy later

Problem is if people have shares in a nominee account which doesn’t allow you to vote then no guarantee the broker will vote as you want not really in there interest if they can scoop them lower again game for the big boys I’m afraid...

I would say that although we have had fundamental changes ie the increased lode size than expected at clogau with some grades at least and the amistoq grades we are still highly speculative until any mre is produced the pfs after so sp is reacting accordingly to this what we need is a strong base to form for when the bigger news hits.dewatering is our first start to derisk clogau development imo

With you on that elir this is the first proof of comercial viability the fundamentals have now changed massively for amistoq once we get a tonnage we are good to go! Sp should see a nice rise to new trading bands due to increased fundamentals!
