Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
hi guys,
now we actually have something to discuss not just watching tumble weed feel free to join *************albachatfeed on telegram. a lot of top posters from here are also there and all are welcome! whilst we try to manage those out to troll we are not going to censor opinion. sets for a nicer setting than here
Highly likely they will be raising soon normally they normally occur in November. They were funded only till dewatering something which has been known for a while and is priced in. Nothing scary to worry about company has addressed these concerns in interviews
Incorrect…NRW are bound by statutory time frames posted on their website. They met these deadlines previously when they denied and then I’m guessing we paid to go through a pre app this time around before the duly made. Duly made sets the ball rolling on stator limits.
Elir silt busters on site are for the wash plant not sure if they have added any in anticipation of the dewatering. Previously it was a 10 week lead time to get equipment installed. I would hope however knowing alba I feel I need to pray that they have a plan to speed that process up to a few days…
Appologies I can no longer make it those that do make sure you get some good questions in especially around funding, post dewatering and future off take! I highly recommended everyone to excersise their right to vote and right to go meet the m bod in person and hold them account
Yes they have added more to it but I believe it’s an unofficial appeal (properly would be through government ) / resub. they mentioned the environmentals failed last time to.
This means compared to the first time the risk is higher rather than first time around as the permit was ultimately refused previously.
It’s complex but there is 3 seperate permits eps, HRA and dewater (4 possibly with the waste tip but I don’t believe they applied for that this time around)
We are so low because, we have a failed environmental permit (remember this is a resubmission/appeal not first submission!), going concern over finances for the next 12 months, diminishing value of assets such as groc and Limerick. That’s why and people patience is probably worn out…IF they pull their fingers out with this permit then it may do well it’s a very promising project but the finances will need very careful negotiation. I suggest to everyone attend agm in person vote accordingly and voice your opinions and questions to the bod in person so they know how you feel and cannot hide!
What has she achieved she may but I have not heard one thing she has done for the company except take a wage? Same with nott? The only people I heard are GF and MA I would additionally like a ceo (must bring value for salary) and I like VG I think she will be great
We know we will need to fund post dewatering and quite hefty amounts if we wish to drive shafts…but 60% new shares is a lot a lot a lot. I don’t want to give them so much wiggle, I don’t trust them with it although they have shown great restraint is that only because they couldn’t progress! With the amount in issue already they could look elsewhere for funds not to mention dilution of groc holding... I also won’t be voting for Henson or nott and I hope I can get my voice heard in any meetings following on the day that we need a ceo.
We can only go off statutory time’s unfortunately not all species licences have to be made public and without the public announcements we have no idea where we stand on statutory timelines. NRW also announced 14 week delay to those limits…
I agree let’s get through the in person agm first
I certainly hope their is a live q&a
I do wish alba did other live events throughout the year so we can believe and trust more in the project than the empty words of an rns
