Yes they certainly have or are looking at it (I disagree with public decisions and documents not made public) my biggest concern is we get the variation to dewater than are stuck in limbo till next year waiting for species stuff to get dealt with…again…more bloody waiting
What appears to have happened they applied for temporary change to 100 to allow dewater whilst they have ongoing full change for 250. The temporary has been denied who knows why as they don’t show us what should be public documents.
GF being very decisive and proving his worth as a lawyer saying we will do so anyway! Considering how upset I was with his performance recently he had impressed in this no nonsense rns. What I don’t know is if this means he will be pumping to level 4 or maintain level 3
Can I make it clear NRW are not delaying they have set statutory timelines they have 3 months from the top of my head to reply. This is available by searching nrw website.
NRW do not have to reply before the statutory date I warned before to have patience until that date comes around and anything earlier would be a bonus!
You have changed your tune from a few weeks ago regarding permits for sure I take that as a positive!
I’m going off the statutory timings anything before is a bonus. We know NRW love to drag their heels. I would hope such a simple decision could be made quickly though
What I want to know is are NRW planning to take the full statutory limit with a decision or are we in communication enough for “fast track” then I can adjust my expectations….
Can’t believe we are now in a heatwave, timing couldn’t have been worse
If you are going by yourself be sure to stop off at the offices and say hi. Email the company and let them know previously people who visited managed to have chats with MA when attending….whatever you do do not climb any fences to get in! (Or don’t get caught ;) )
