Thanks for the insight Londoner7. If they're profitable they should be valued at cash as a minimum so a fair bit higher than these levels. My suspicion is they wont be profitable for a year or two though so cash will reduce
I read that as being itemised in the next paragraph:
"Contracted but unrecognised revenue of GBP2,045k* at 31 March 2020. GBP757k of this balance is to be recognised in 2020 (included in 2020 secured revenue), GBP598k in 2021, GBP345k in 2022 and GBP345k in 2023 and beyond"
So only 0.8m relates to 2020. Though not followed them before so dont know how they usually present these things
Do you think they'll be profitable now Razorman? I certainly hope so but they'd need to increase revenue from £1.1m to c. £2.5m to have a chance and that's a big jump given historic rate of increase. Lots of deals announced this year though so fingers crossed. That said if results are to end June not sure how much of those deals will be reported as turnover just yet... I hold
Hi JoeCreed,
I received the following from Sarah on 24/5/19 if it's any use:
"James has said he is committed to stay until the completion of the monetisation of either the whole company or the asset at Eastern Tendrara."
That's what I've been wondering The Buzz. If HUM need reserves and CORA need cash, would there be any appetite to sell Sanankoro back to HUM? Seems win win but HUM chose to get rid of it in the first place so those reasons may still stand.
Hi, FYI got a tweet from Victor re. Salarius earlier if it's of use to anyone: Hi Victor, congratulations on your appointment. Great (as a #TEK holder) to see you buying a stake too! I heard Salarius will be targeted at healthy snacks but I thought it would be beneficial for regular crisps/snacks. Will you be targeting that market too? Thanks Hi Dave! The first thing I’m doing is reviewing the whole business plan and making sure we focus where we have a right-to-win based on our unique product differentiation. No markets are out of the table now. More news to come soon.
Come to think of it, they didn't sell all of them. Had a quick Google and I couldn't find a recommended way of valuing at any higher than cost. Confusion as cryptocurrencies fail the definition of a financial asset so shouldn't value at market rate. Would be interested to hear from anyone who knows the answer!
19/3 IRR 80%. Payback period 1.3 years. 11/6 "...expected to result in further significant efficiencies than originally anticipated including reduced plant size, CAPEX and OPEX" 18/6 IRR 67%. Payback period 1.6 years If Capex reduced IRR should increase and payback period reduce... Suggests either reduced asset or increased capex? Today's RNS Received positively here and Twitter and SP up - suggests I've missed something... Any suggestions please? Holding but confused! Thanks
Yep, EUZ is up and running ok. I had the first buy on the new ticker (feel strangely proud!) though they've reported it as a sell.
