My losses in this is not as much as yours, but it is still a big loss for me if I do sell, but once you do sell then you have lost that money, if you don't sell you have only a paper loss, but you have to think at what price will it go upto, or what price will it go down to, if you sell now and it goes down to say 100 then you could buy a lot more shares with the money that you got from selling at say 150, the thing is if you sell now is their any shares that you could buy to get your losses back, sometimes when you lose so much you might as well stay put.
I think hydrogen shares could have had their highs now, and they could now never get back to their haydays.
