You should be able to feel a little better over the next few days as cpi retakes its footing. Please don't despair. I know that feeling and it's really awful. Need to have a cool head for these kind of scenarios that we've recently seen happening with the cpi share price valuation drops. In the meantime, I wish to give a quick update on the recently seen ADVFN trading volumes and imho there's already plenty action happening early on today and cpi its not sleeping around as it baby steps upwards again.

That's a great post you published.

I'm just going to give you a quick reply as I'm away from my Pc Desk.

As a rough guess based on what I already seen since the 4th March and the 15th March, you would be looking at about 240 million cpi shares having gone through the MM's order books on almost equal levels. I would say 40% sell and 50% buy and 10% unknown approximate trades from that approximate figure above mentioned.

Back in the days when Stuart Morgan was in charge of Capita Investors Relations, I would tend to call him just before the company TUs or after the FY reports to try to squeeze any info out of him.

Calling him would had given me an opportunity to see if he was any good at his job and whether he was telling or being told to tell us porkies that could had resulted as has back with various share price bounces and crashes too.

My problem with IR Mr Morgan was however that during one of my calls I had discovered that they had access to the Bloomberg Terminal Monitor whereby allowed them to figure out who was joining Capita and taking equity positions and become new shareholders, who was reducing, and was leaving the Bloomberg Capita Equity register for good.

How did I know they had access to the Bloomberg Terminal Monitor?

Because I questioned him about the Annual Report data pdf file sitting on the IR page whereby it had a section detailing their main top institutional investors, but had one institutional investor mentioned which River Mercantile as still holding the same position level which wasn't true as they had some months before reduced to just a tiny fraction.

The Annual Report page where the institutional investors are mentioned was published with flawed data.

I told Stuart Morgan that he would had time to pull out the correct Institutional investors data from the Bloomberg terminal Monitor before the publishing of the Annual Report was due to be released, but preferred to give the retail investors the impression that River Mercantile was still holding the same full position which was not true.

He clearly accepted after I pulled him up about it that River Mercantile was very soon to close the tiny position that remained behind.

The reason that I knew about that River Mercantile had reduced an that nobody knew here on the lse cpi forum page, is because at that time I was able to access the Bloomberg terminal Capita Equity data register and knew who was joining and who was leaving the register.

Being able to access the Bloomberg register was an eye opener. You can see all the small institutional investors purchases and sells date by date that we would normally be able to know ad they tend to be below the 3% threshold. When we see millions of shares trades, we normally think that it's the retail investors buying up or selling up. But most likely could also be the custodians of retail shareholders investors appearing to sell or buy on their behalf plus some institutional

New research by SCM Direct for the Evening Standard suggests this situation is getting worse rather than better despite some experts insisting London shares are now so cheap they represent a buying opportunity.

Money is flowing out of the London equities at a faster pace than ever, despite government efforts to boost the stock market.

According to Investment Association recent figures UK savers took £14 billion out of UK equities last year, the eighth consecutive year of outflows.

I've seen that now. On the sell side it seems to be showing over 250mil. Trades in the llyods share

Well Well, I never had guessed there would had been another lot of crop to show up after close of trading.

Could this be part of or the balance of the shorts that were outstanding and available till today and now fully closed? We will need to wait till Monday or even Tuesday to find out; hopefully

I hear your frustration loud and clear and prefer to stay pessimistic to avoid witnessing 'further' dissapointing trading days with similar trading styles.

But it will eventually level out.

The scamming MM'S running the book orders have been in the past very surprisingly genuine with the long standing longs and give them something in return even enough share value for those on a long 'death row' that resulted in them able to break even. I personally know the sentiment behind this share and can vouch for its ability to rebound up quite quickly once the MM'S have finished tantalising the stuck higher up retail investors. As cpi crossed into the 14.25p territory, the 10% profiteers took their dumps in an ordinarily fashion.

Still though, that hasn't stopped others coming from under their arśes to grab their dumps and off they go.

Nevertheless, although it's not ideal to be watching others making a quick buck with a stock that has already had its share of pain, I rather have those day traders that none at all. Every little helps even if it hurts to watch😏

When I used Ig spread betting,

I would use PayPal which took care of the debit card transaction. In one occasion my bank put a block on it stating it was for my own protection and had to go through a short interview with a pre arranged bank fraud and scams phone interview and was asked so many questions as to why I used PayPal and whether I was sending money off to buy Crypto currencies. After explaining myself in a detailed fashion, the fraud expert was satisfied that I wasn't getting scammed and lifted the block on my account and never had any issues again. Just be aware that Ig index now uses a Polish based know your customer team including South African call centres to divert calls away from London unless you have qualified for a premium account which then would allow you to avoid being put through South Africa and you get instead your own premium account manager that would step in for their clients foe any issues that arises.

If you can use PayPal to deposit and withdraw back to using a pre registered bank card, then it would be better and all deposits and withdrawals back to PayPal have in my experience been close to 99% on time.

However, if you were to use PayPal to deposit with your card, be aware that all withdrawals made after about 16:30 tend to show up in your PayPal account next day. Also any withdrawal back to PayPal after 16:30 on a Friday and through to early Monday morning and before Monday 7am, it will not come through until Tuesday instead of that Monday. Always withdraw back to PayPal during UK stock trading opening times.

The UK credit team that deals also with know your customer queries and issues are a hard bunch to satisfy and mostly carried out from a Poland based Ig office.

Since the 4th March to the time of my posting, over 215 million cpi shares got exchanged and passed through the MM's order books.

It's a percentage of approximately 65% buy and 35% sell orders with today currently showing trading volumes as it appears that there's less sold and more bought.

The shorter MW might soon need to report that they've finally closed their 0.53% position. They may have done so by the look of the positive share price direction.

I get it Beachfeont that you want to trade only on your terms or nothing.

But you've got to be realistic and thinking the most unthinkable possibility of going below 13 and further down is where many have ended missing out as they waited on the sides. I get it that cpi has left many sitting on large paper losses, but the ones that will buy at these extreme low levels are probably not the ones that are stuck from higher up levels but new fleshly in traders seeing a quick way to may 5,10 and 15% return. So, even on that assumption, cpi will eventually its footing.

It wouldn't be logical after over 200 million trades pass through the MM's since the 4th March 2024 that a good 85 million were actually buyers now sitting with the cpi stock in their trading accounts.
