As I said in my previous post the term 'Chicken' is because many PI may have jumped in too soon
hoping for a day trade to make them a quick profit and find themselves in the red and panic and sell
just to later find out they over reacted to the markets covid-19 sell off sentiment. Cineworld could
propose a rights issue to raise capital only if the share price was to be around the £1.80 to £2.20 mark.
It would not be doing the rights issue at these current share price levels. I'll be selling my Cine shares
once we get near the £1.80 as I have a strong belief that the option of a rights issue could be on the bod
cards, but not until we head back near the £2 mark.

Just for a laugh... Got an Ig Index live market quote so that I could buy 3.8Millions shares and was asked to pay 80.63p
per share. A quote to buy 1Millions shares is 52.16 per share. However, to buy 100k of shares is at 42.14 per share.

Germany plans reform to avoid bankruptcy wave due to coronavirus.
No bankruptcy for upto a year for firms that have robust business models.

BERLIN, Sept 19 (Reuters) – Germany would relax insolvency rules under proposals set out on Saturday to help avert a wave of bankruptcies in Europe's biggest economy, provided companies hit by the coronavirus crisis have a robust business model.

Keen to avoid bankruptcies and mass layoffs, Chancellor Angela Merkel's government has launched a range of stimulus and relief measures as Germany braces for its biggest slump since World War Two, having shrunk by an unprecedented 9.7% in the second quarter.

"Companies that can show creditors a realistic prospect of restructuring should be able to implement their concept outside insolvency proceedings," said Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht in a statement.

Under the draft reform, which would take effect at the start of 2021, the deadline for firms to file for insolvency would be extended to six from three weeks and authorities will apply more relaxed benchmarks when examining over-indebtedness.

The government has already taken steps such as allowing firms in financial trouble due to the pandemic to delay filing for bankruptcy until the end of the year, extending an original deadline of the end of September.

I just went on MorningStar website and looked at the trades that took place today and although
it does not tell you which were sell or buys next to each trade, I was able to figure out some of
the buy and sell by looking at the image that I've uploaded. However, if you look through the
MorningStar Cineworld trades around 16:35, there appear to have been these many millions
trades gone through which I've not been able to find in my image. I tried to sign up for a 14days
free trial with MorningStar but I was not able due to some issue as I would had been able to see the full trades.

Hi Moola and everybody elese whoes holding long on Cineworld future. As reported in an earlier post, another
6millions sell order appeared on the books just before 6pm. I guess the market makers made it possible for these
sell trades not to be seen to avoid a stampede. However, I wonder if these sell trades have already been already bought
out by another party and we're yet to see these trades to appear. Perhaps the MM's are holding a good surprise for us on Monday morning.
