[Moderna COVID – 19 vaccine appears safe, shows signs of working in older adults – study.]

Results from an early safety study of Moderna Inc's coronavirus vaccine candidate in older adults showed that it produced virus-neutralizing antibodies at levels similar to those seen in younger adults, with side effects roughly on par with high-dose flu shots, researchers said on Tuesday.
The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, offers a more complete picture of the vaccine's safety in older adults, a group at increased risk of severe complications from COVID-19.
Overall, the team found that in older adults who received two injections of the 100 microgram dose 28 days apart, the vaccine produced immune responses roughly in line with those seen in younger adults.

It's good to know that you're not frighten by the look of your Cines shares account being in the red.
I've learned to manage the art of fear in particularly when it comes to investments. I'm averaging
at 65pence entry with 60,000 Cine shares. I'm currently down by aprox £16k as well. But I've also
been up with Cines and never once wanted to sell as it had not reached my target. So, I'm very patient
as I've invested money that I'm not currently needing for any emergency and can hold invested till that day.
I've also got 53,400 Capita Plc shares with entry price at 31.5pence and my sell target is 88pence or more.
Anyway, I wish you lots of good luck and that goes also for the other long cines holders.

Cineworld USA - Closed at 0.52cents or 40.4pence. For anyone who says that they don't follow each other
is not with me as I believe that they indeed. It closed near enough to our UK Cine share prices.

The Market Makers are playing with the Cineworld stock even in the USA.
Cineworld USA shares at 20:00 GMT was sitting at 56cents or 43.5pence
Then at 20:05 it got updated to 53cents or 41.2pence.
It shows that they're trying to move the cineworld shares prices up and down
just like they've done today during our trading hours. I understand that the MM's are just following
the markets sentiment and will pop or drop the share price as and when they feel is necessary to bring
in new buyers who are looking for a good bargain. I will not sell my 60,000 cine shares until it hit the £2.29
price target. The MM's can swing the cines shares as much they want and I will not budge in to their games.

GSK boss says she's optimistic there will be a COVID – 19 vaccine next year
The chief executive of GlaxoSmithKline , the world's largest maker of vaccines, said she was optimistic the industry will be able to make an immunisation against COVID-19 widely available next year.

"I share the optimism that we will have solutions next year. The challenge here is getting to the scale that is required," GSK CEO Emma Walmsley said at an online event of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) on Tuesday.
"Lots of progress has also been made for therapeutics," she added.

[Germany- shutdown of the whole country needed to be avoided "at all costs".]
BERLIN, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Germany will restrict the size of gatherings and fine people who flout tracking rules in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus over autumn and winter, Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Tuesday.
The restrictions would be targeted, as a further shutdown of the whole country needed to be avoided "at all costs", she said after a conference with the leaders of Germany's 16 states, adding that keeping the economy going was a priority.

A Cineworld spokesperson told Bristol Live the firm "remains optimistic" about being able to reopen its Hengrove cinema.

MOSCOW, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Russia plans to share preliminary results of its COVID-19 vaccine trial based on the first six weeks of monitoring participants, raising the tempo in an already frenzied global race to end the pandemic.

Alexander Gintsburg, head of the Gamaleya Institute that produced the Sputnik V vaccine, told Reuters that the pace of its development was necessary under the "wartime" conditions of a pandemic but no corners were being cut.
