Assuming the FCIS approve the change of control, GST plans to utilise Glindala to launch a full-service cryptoasset exchange, and to integrate the GS Money digital currencies onto this exchange. Existing readily available technology and software will be brought in run the exchange, which is expected to significantly lower the investment and operating costs borne by the Company. The Company is targeting the crypto exchange being open for retail and institutional participation in the second quarter of 2022.

I have just messaged Shayne to see if he can shed any light. It’s frustrating, that with a bit of digging you can see what’s happening. Yet, there’s no formal recognition.

Almagest- I put the domain name into Google and it popped up in the search. I’m guessing it’s a dev page that’s indexed. I.e they’re developing it live for data etc.

They must be working on the development of the sites as the usual holding pages aren’t loading either.

Hi Callum, as seen on my LinkedIn profile I have not left my post at GST. This reshuffling of the board in GST subsidiary companies is something that needed to be done, especially post-angra's acquisition.

FWIW - there's no change to Shaynes status/position on LinkedIn. I am connected with him so sent him a message directly to see if he could clarify and quash any FUD that is being spread about his position.
