Recently there proved Shorter play manipulation to drive SP down (Woodford got 2 Pharma sold excess 10 fold profits to the company who got pharma via administration with weeks sold to big America company I forget which one)

Good post apart 3300 correct it took less than half hour but it was pre-order about 80% but the rest was gone in no time. Stroll been discussed with all II holder before happened.

I have to be careful what I put here BB because I put about Delisting whiles back and some reason the subject bought up today ...... bankrupt is nonsense if Stroll knew it going be bankrupt he would have bit waiting longer and grab bargains... costs him already excess 200mill .... it seem some people's think delisting mean bankrupt which is not correct also or private (either way).

33, thank you for your help it something I never experienced before apart of one share went private (still in profits but felt the bid offer was overwhelming undervalued but it happened it was Monitise. Can I ask? If goes private what is chance they decides to private without buyout ( pull out FSTE, into private but same ownership) leave Pi stuck apart sell via broker etc?

I do agree with you this should be under radar. If it going happen I need clarity that if it going be be private will my shares become dormant? Like shares certificates and sell via broker agency etc.... if it was me I just leave until Stroll sell either private Eq firm or back in FTSE (IPO) ..... this subject is far too early to discuss but I will ask for advice if we get hints of going private unless SP is satisfied/ justifies fair.

Yes it is looking like DBX get positive results (booked order) ....

Can someone brainwash me? My feeling is that Q2 reports (Stroll going attacks HIS company of AML by awfully Q2 reports (scares Pi out - flushing them out and mop up all shares at low price (golden tickets) as possible) also more diluted (I think so) then starting positives news from Moers days onward (from 1st of August) ... hope my theory is totally rubbish but still something dodge going on My thoughts.

If I’m wrong ... Q2 will be either HIT or MISS ..... got some fund for bad reports of Q2

All I know AM are looking positive in LTH with wonderful team we getting so far.
