I’m busy at min but want to say.... whether it going happen or not for AML (there lots disagreement here B.B. about going private so I say ‘whether’)

Mostly important you need consider to keep shares if these going private and wait until IPO come out then you can sell it unless you need sell your shares before IPO will have to go via broker etc.... (lot less it pointless)

For me I was certainly these going be private but now it lukewarm due to some shares own by various not sure how Stroll will convince them unless higher price because Stroll took MK to pritave as they were 85% own shares with his partner businessman so the vote went very well...... I have sacrificed the 1st fund on AML for stay in over night, TO, etc etc etc. I’m ok with lock in for 5, 10 years with my shares but (I told 33 yesterday I have my research of EV, if EV going happen in AML then I be happy to wait for IPO day, if no EV in package then it will be worthless as in 2035 car with petrol and diesel are banned to buy brand new...... now they trying for 2030 unlikely...... but if happen then who would buy AML without EV in plan with not many years left before the ban kick in.

In my view, the ban in 2030 is quite huge challenge in fact it near impossible.

Spot on, good work thank you and whiles back I did research similar to your but worryingly is both was took over and becomes private company then IPO so some point we will miss out £££... Stroll was one of top managers at RL that how he meet top textiles peoples and owners of textiles (billionaires) he wasn’t until left RL then use his experience from RL but do for himself.

Tried look at Tommy Hilfiger and unable if there was went to private then IPO (I don’t think so)... so hopefully one key is Daimler (own 5% or bit more if under different name) that stopped Stroll go for private then IPO (if he selling in years time) ..... so we have share profits with Stroll. ?

If you buy Aston Martin DBX and you have modification the car... will Aston Martin still cover the warranty?

If modification company upgrade the engine to become fast of all SUV or whatever type of car will Jag claim it? (NO in my view).

Once the car has modification (engine) it completely different.... e.g. if someone buy Aston Martin DBX and modification engine to upper to beat Urus .... will this class as Aston Martin DBX fastest of all SUV ... NOPE, IT the company who modification the engine. (We can agree or disagree about this)

If I am wrong then I will hand up and move on, all I know once anyone modification they can claim their.

I agree with you that there lots lots of modification ( I like watch one guy who doing awesome do the car body (car wrapping vinyl) and I am talking about engine modification.

When you buy this car, they no longer as JAG ! It LISTER company that who you have bought the car with.

So it can’t compare as Jag v AM or whoever... it Lister v AM etc..... Lister is modification company so that completely different.

That irrelevant, the company can’t do the numbers (large numbers) more like small business to modification.

But it looks good, and 7 years were really good compare to other apart from KIA who been do this for years.

This should be soon change back to Aston Martin with Moers ;) projects.

That why my 1st fund with AML is at bottom drawer just in case we get RNS at 7.00am or get news during trade closed.

Consider and awaiting for second batch to buy but will sell range 20-40% depends the SP and news etc.

I’m one of many of investors (LTH), your comments of ‘confidence in the management’ is irrelevant as we agreed that new management are excellent but..

Let me explained, remember I am LTH here and my research recently after last Friday and I do believe that our Stroll didn’t realised there more what Palmer have done the AML from IPO days until his last day at AML, I think Stroll are try sort out from Palmer finance side and the real big issue was bond for 2022 not sure how Stroll Will addressed but he real pro and capable do it perhaps that why DBX were ‘vital’ to turnaround for AML.

I’m still holding (with my 1st fund) and looking for 2nd fund to jump in perhaps I leave for few days to see what happens.

Did homework (just a little for my review to jump in as last 2 days just miss out but read your posts which is correct :) the person I nelieve is whom just recently joined in and look like Stroll co aim push them (II - Prestige) out as not part of their plan or shatever reason for sell it. His name is William Tame.

But look like he will continue but not with prestiage?

On AML website says...
William (Bill) Tame joined the Board as a representative non-executive director of Prestige/Strategic European Investment Group S.a.r.l. in June 2020. Bill will also join the Nomination Committee.

I don’t think the recently news are negative perhaps for us but that blip (you could sell it and buy in cheaper or keep hold depends on individual’s decision. I do believe Stroll has his vision so we have to wait and see.

AML do have potential future from my view.

True but not 24/7 ... been out nearly all day so I put limits today.

The reason I set slightly lower limits price today than yesterday, before I went walk it looks still down trend which was true also if failed reach then it okay as I have AML shares already (1st fund).

Monday I will put limits (could be more or less from today depends over the weekend) it only takes seconds to put limits and leave until end of the day no stare on screen as I am not trader if you know what I mean.

It real chance we see last 55 for whiles so we’ll done to those who got today and on Monday if shown uptrend then it real possible back to 70plus next week unless more sells like this week as we are awaiting TR1 to see who selling if there any.

E.g if we get a news like Williams F1 sold today our SP would rocket up! So perhaps Vettel news next?
