Returned from my 1st EZJ flight/experience for many years.
Flight both ways were late leaving, but caught back some time during flight!
1 bag in the hold at Zante, 1 damaged bag out of the hold at Bristol damaged, beyond repair.
No one at airport with EJ to report it too.
Then found an info phone on the wall, told to take snaps of damage, claim in yesterday!
We'll see how efficient Customer Services are!
Plane on the way out had 4 empty seats, totally full on return.
Plugged EJ Holidays as often as they could over intercom.
Must be some £££££ €€€€ $$$$$ going into the coffers
