If you look at Director Dealings, you will notice that there has been very little if any DD for a long time.

They seem to be coming to the office party with their hands out for the freebies!

They have reported some good numbers/data in the last 6 months.

They if anyone will have a good idea how the Group is doing.

So, when we ARE closing in to the point of renewal of DIVI, could we see the BOD members starting to deal. I am aware of insider dealings/closed periods etc.

So fingers crossed we WILL see them deal in the near future, using THEIR own money.

I see this as a good move on behalf of IAG, prevents strikes etc, happier staff (so to speak) could attract staff from other airlines.

Indeed it will affect the bottom line, but that bottom line is certainly increasing, and if they can continue in this vein, adding extra flights, with trained, happy staff, all bodes well.
