Mrs NMH19 on a mission today - just bought another 1.8m, albeit in two tranches. It�s taken a while but maybe she�s starting to listen to my advice.... lol Come on MM perform or I�m back in the dog house.....

1. High teens; 2. Mid teens; 3. Low teens Can�t go lower can it? Single figures?? But seriously I�m not surprised that the market is taking the price down as we still wait for news. Hopefully, news soon and we will be closer to a pound than twenty p.....

Late announcement today. Auditors are toast....

To early to tell tbh, but I�m hoping we sell the asset to a third party. Imho, the company�s management has sufficient on its plate and may be overstretched spinning off an asset through an IPO. On the plus side it may result in a one off dividend to shareholders or a return of capital.... gla

I�m ok if the price falls, as long as it takes off with substantial news later this month, quarter or year (think I�ve covered most of the bases with this one)....

The last six fund raisings were priced at : 0.50p,0.375p, 0.28p, 0.35p, 0.52p; 0.35p and all took place within the last 20 months and whilst PI did not get the chance to participate in the placings we have had every opportunity to do so when the SP has dropped, and boy there�s been a few !! Lol For me it�s nice to get the chance to buy in at a circa 15% discount to the current SP but it�s more important to have a significant holding when our SP gets its initial re-rate, so imho, forget the marginal gains and look to the bigger prize !! That said, I�d happily buy a few more if PI get a chance to participate in a fund raising but I�m not too sure we will get too many chances once La Parrilla becomes a cash cow........ gla

It seems that the company has its own in-house IR function now. Hopefully, this might increase news flow...... I wonder if the role is based in the Channel Islands. Not a bad place to be based.... lol
