Was strange in many ways however it has seemed to escalate the situation if the British Embassy are getting involved, perhaps this was the company’s intention. Tough on those who have sold but for those that have bought it could be an astute investment/ gamble. Thinking of buying a few at this price, just in case....lol

The things people do to try and get the SP to drop.... think the company is doing a fine job by themselves and don’t need additional help .... lol

Well they are certainly taking their sweet time over it.... the longer the delay the greater the concern that there is a serious problem or problems.... also, this imho presents the company in a bad light .... what will our customers think?.

The quarterly production update....pretty sure it should have been issued last month... I wonder how the proposed statement regarding enhancing shareholder value is going.... gla

Not too sure how you get a figure of £100,000,000 being needed to get us to production but if so why:
Have Blackrock loaned us $35,000,000?
And why have the regional government awarded us a grant based on a much lower figure?
And why have two very large companies entered into off take agreements?
That said it would be very useful to see your workings behind your commissioning costs as if accurate it would be a concern and one that the above players seem to have missed.

I’m no engineer so I’m not qualified to give guidance on mine construction but if we are delayed I might be a tad miffed but I guess it depends on how long the delay is . I seem to recall seeing a presentation giving the total unit costs of less than $100 and an expected unit revenue of $280 so I guess there is some headroom. Obviously, like many here I’m primarily interested in LP but the company have expressed the possibility of spinning out good and copper assets in Spain. This could lead to a cash inflow event or formation of a spin out business and here I’m thinking of a similar situation that occurred in BMN and their spin-off AfriTin, which imho looks to be doing very very well with forecast production in Q4....whatever happens I’ve bought quite a few shares in WRES and am cautiously optimistic about our future. That said I’ll be much happier when we start production and revenues, profits and perhaps dividends start appearing.... gla

Doom and gloom here right now and all this negativity is pretty much deserved however, (and it is a big however) we are a production company with identifiable reserves!! The company assets do have value and whilst it appears we are falling off the edge of a cliff there might be a safety net at the bottom.....
Also, I assume we can always call an EGM to change our articles allowing us to raise more funds (although I’m no legal expert)..... gla and boy I think we are going to need it .....

This board used to be quite civilised.......however, ignoring my desire to top up at 0.42 I buckled and bought more yesterday. Re-reading a number of RNS announcements is a pretty good tonic ... not too long to go before we get in to production and hopefully we can get our product to both the US and Morthern Europe.... we seem to have managed a wee while ago and less we forget we already have 80% of our expected output sold under off take agreements.
Anyway I’m only up typing at this b loody time cos it’s tooooo hot to sleep.....
