5th April 2018 fund raising of £1.5m at 0.5p
Thereafter, great strides of progress, on target, accelerated sales etc...and now
27th November 2018 fund raising of £1.5m at 0.49p.

I can’t see too much shareholder value being created in the last seven months... much more of this and I will be become an accalite of devilhorns... only kidding I never could as I can’t spell accerlight... lol

I don’t believe the prime reason for the equity issue was to raise funds, purely a fringe benefit ... to me it was a Segway. Getting II onboard now is imho pretty important, especially to help support our SP.
Hopefully the institutions will be like buses, you wait forever for a bus and then two or three come at once.
I wonder how many shares are really free in today’s market. I hold quite a few but think I hold less than Kevin but we LTH might surprise ourselves by how much of the company we actually own... probably better to discuss this over a pint on the 10th.... lol

I’ve been harping on that we need institutional investors so I’m pleased to see we have land one. Perhaps there is insufficient shares out there for new entrants. If this is the case there might be a squeeze and our SP could sky rocket....it will be interesting to see other institutions starting to invest here, if so our SP could get close to 1.4p pre Christmas!!
That said I could be totally wrong.....lol
£1.5m is not much of a dilution and I’ve placed an order with HSBC for more shares, interestingly they seem to be struggling to fulfill it.

1. My sell and subsequent purchase re my ISA transfer have not appeared in the transaction details;
2. Regarding the perceived low SP it’s not just we PI who like to buy on the cheap I assume institutional investors like to as well, so perhaps It’s the market makers helping the institutions out....just a thought.
Hope we get a TR-1 within the week....

I guess the real possible pitfall is based upon execution risk, that said, the company seem to have this covered. I like the way the whole mine has been planned and rather rush into production they have deliberately and meticulously engineered the whole process to maximise profitability and shareholder value. Now I’m only a highly educated private investor (but not in the mining industry) but experts at both Blackrock and the regional government have been convinced... so I’m happy with this. That only leaves an act of god to worry about... lol
So let’s all include a pray at bedtime for a very successful WRES ... gla

For some reason institutional investors don’t seem to like our story, our setup or both. I’m sure there are many other companies out there valued higher than we are which are not as close to serious production and profits. Other than mgt / board structure I’m at a loss to see what’s not to like.
I have gone through the presentations the forecasts (these do jump about occasionally) off take agreements look good, market forecast look good, even the on site photos look good.
Someone once said the market is never wrong....well I flipping hope it is with WRES!!
Finally, it will be nice to see what support if any our broker/ nomad and PR / marketing company are doing to support us, if I’m being charitable I’d say not a lot but that’s just me being grumpy.....
Hopefully we will get plenty of answers on the 10th....
