From what I can see, there was only one trade listed after the UT, and that was a delayed reported, which had been dealt with just after 3pm....see the sell price achieved...59p or thereabouts, so that wouldnt affect the SP after close.

The largest sell to occur between 1500-1630 hrs, was 16:23 ....60.30p .....7,692..... £4,638 ....Sell ....O Any other large (r) trades occurred mid morning, so I dont see any major retrace tomorrow morning until the bid reaches > 60.3, when the later buyers of today might decide to take profits

Other than housing the Freshwater property team, the Grade II listed building has been empty for three years, but the group has now hired construction giant BAM to deliver a £22m office scheme. The revaluation of the investment property portfolio at the year end has resulted in a net valuation surplus for the year of £15,683,000 (2011 - £52,024,000). The board is pleased to recommend a final dividend of 51p per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2012 payable on 9 November 2012 to shareholders on the register on 12 October 2012. This will make a total dividend for the year of 76p (2011 - 75p).
