Allenby Capital comment: As discussed in our November note, the transaction represents a unique opportunity to transform CAP-XX's profitability by increasing sales and gross margin at the product level for a minimal capital outlay and enable CAP-XX to fulfil the record level of sales enquiries. The deal provides access to established product designs, proven third generation manufacturing assets and potential customers in CAP-XX's target small form factor markets. It should also help with CAP-XX's licensing strategy and accelerate its 3V roadmap.
I hope and expect regular updates on the murata equipment. By June, it should be being finalised ready for production and serious profit from it. 4p will be distant history by then .... Aimho
Same old games I see, I guess most folk will know that the buy/sell ratio today was somewhere near 80/20% in favour of buys, but anyone looking in at the figures from a distance will see a larger percentage of sells and not see the true picture ... not that it really matters too much, the cream will rise :-)
Looks like a very promising development . I just hope cpx didn't give away the rights to make these button cells in exchange for the discounted production facilities we recently got from murata
To all those, old and new, positive and ....not so positive, who are invested in CAP-XX, I wish you all a happy, peaceful Christmas and a prosperous new year.

We were up above 8p level 12 months ago before 'those in the know' got wind of a share placing to fund this, I'd expect that level to be a baseline from which, with the projected 5 million profit, will send us upwards.

At the current SP, I'd say there is no risk whatsoever ! Other contracts in the pipeline, court cases to settle, 3V coming online ..... all for 3P !!! ... just hope they don't announce any new contracts till placing is complete because they will have zero effect.
A collet /'k?l?t/ is a subtype of chuck that forms a collar around an object to be held and exerts a strong clamping force on the object when it is tightened, usually by means of a tapered outer collar. It may be used to hold a workpiece or a tool. ..... seems quite appropriate ;-)
Well, that was indeed most un informative ..... other than we hope to be hoping to be financially level in 2021 .... but he no doubt can't possibly comment on why he thinks this ;-)
