Well I’ve chatted on line and spoke of them directly and apparently they use a third party “Custodian” to purchase the shares and HSBC just hold them in an account. HSBC unable to provide contact details of said custodian.

I did find this on their HSBC SITE.

So its not possible and it appears I will not be investing in the spin off. Well you live and learn.

Just received a letter from HSBC where they will do their best to apply the new shares to my account after 2 Jan. No mention of executing any share options. Just chatted with HSBC invest direct on line and they have no further info at present?

Any advice out there?

There was an update on the 17th. Improved production but not enough to materially affect June’s tender. So 6 months poor production.
So 2nd quarter figures aren’t going to be too great (abysmal). So the required raise will be substantial. The Two hats (see twitter - 10/5 sunny photo session) will let us know at the appropriate time.

Makes me wonder how much short term costs or debt they are amassing to “ensure” consistent ore supply. Complete and absolute FAIL

Well I’m estimating March’s diamond tender has brought in revenue of over $1.1M. Possibly over $1.5M. We will know shortly. If the management team can’t make a go of it with average carat prices over $1000 then it will be time to call it a day.

With half the planet seemingly dealing with the Omicron variant. Don’t think the news was that bad. Early Christmas for some but those on the Diamond producing end continue their work. Looking forward to a much improved 2022.

3 weeks of mostly sells and the share price has been fairly resilient. Presumably because the company are finally on the cusp of delivering the expansion project. Im sure the share price will come good soon. You may have to wait till the year end.

So your post RI share price drop to 60p gives a current share price equivalent of 153p. This is 25% higher than today’s closing price. Doesn’t sound like a short scenario?

I believe sale dates are available on csdiamonds.co.za. The sale was on Friday. Not sure there is anything to miss as the individual sale results are not generally published (or are they?) Although any diamond sold for over USD50,000 would then be reported by BRD.

Not sure whether I've read these correctly, but Previous RNSs 25/04/17 MICHINOKO 33,000,000 shares and 18/09/2017 CANACCORD 58,000,000 shares. Am I right in thinking these are major accusations of shares. I unfortunately bought shares at 13:08. Think it was 14minutes and 58seconds before the price fell back. Hoping this won't be repeated too soon and that there will be some good news flow and some positive share price movement.

Is this a credible forecast on the resumption of operations? Certainly would be a positive development.
