I'm not bothered that they haven't released a dividend policy. It's a shame to have missed their release date though.

They should've just said 'in the near future' or 'in 2019' - everyone would've been happy with that.

She did not give a timeline for when dividends might be paid, but an announcement is expected to be made by Bushveld in the next few months.

I am both happy and sad reading this board today; happy because it seems many are coming to their senses and seeing this for what it really is, a horribly run AIM shenanigans with no respect for it's share holders and their hard earned.

I am sad because I see so many PIs are planning to throw good money after bad, please stop attempting to average down and chase this, it doesn't work with a price that generally only goes down!

If you average say 2p or 3p either cut your losses or be patient - if the company achieves anything good then those prices will be reached again. Please don't throw any more of your hard earned at this, the numbers are stacked against you in more ways than one, today's RNS proved that.

Ukog is more likely to go bust than reach 10p with 6 billion shares, no deramp just honesty.

In my time following the Weald Angs has gone from 35p to 5p and Ukog from 8p to 1p.

Looking at the comments today PIs finally starting to see this company for what it really is. No doubt Heid and DHC will say the doubters are insane, but the end of the day who on Earth (other than spread bet punters) would want to buy a share that only goes down? That death spiral deal in 2017/18 was a joke and their P+D RNS antics summer '17 showed true colours for me. Only have a couple of grand in here so will cling on in hope that HH produces one day, but feel Ukog will have outstayed their welcome by then. GLA of us LT sufferers.

He's cutting his holding, at a significant loss I'd say, my guess is that he averages between 0.80 and 1.00.

He will let some fun free no doubt, a handful of decent RNS 's this year and he could breakeven.

I note a very low volume across all my watchlist recently, both the homegrown F250 types and those with foreign interest. Mixture of Brex worries, Global growth and PIs hoping the sales will still be on after April 6th! Lots of bargains to be had, even in the blue chip world for those with a lengthy view. A very good time to invest here (IMO)

Not necessarily, different sectors attract different P/E ratios. Pharma and tech trade at huge multiples, unlike the established miners for example. A growth miner should not be stuck in the 8-12 range though! ATB

So with 1,119,727,953 shares in circulation (bushveld website) a 40p SP is approx 448M market cap.

FY profit of say 50M for example gives p/e of 8.96.
FY profit of 60M would be 7.46

Very rough and happy to be corrected... Obviously nothing built in for planned quadrupling of 2018 production, ATM holding, lemur or the small matter of BE

From memory reported HY profit in sept was 22m including a strike and lower v prices than the autumn and winter. Anyone care to help estimate H2?

I decided to look at AIM 100 P/E ratios of companies similar to BMN in mcap terms. I've paid no attention to sector/debt/how long companies have existed etc..

Mcap information comes from stockchallenge and was correct at 11/01/19. PE ratios are from ADVFN and I have not checked their accuracy. Bushveld price at the time was 40.5p. I picked the 5 companies either side of Bushveld in mcap size:

RST 43 JSG 18 IGR 27 CVSG 41 MIDW 32 ACSO 48 POLR 13 SCH 23 CAML 10 NFC 41

I guess at some point the market will have to give in and assign fair value to a growing company that makes an enormous amount of cash.
Until then I shall continue topping up where possible! Unless you have short term goals (or need your cash back) then investing doesn't get much easier than this. IMO
